Susana Hamilton: This is an outstanding program with outstanding people running it. The trainers, coaches are outstanding. I have been in the program since 2017. I still have lots of work to do but the journey and work completed thus far, has been amazing and worthwhile. Don't even blink, do it.
Charles Luce: They listened to what I wanted to accomplish. The trainers have degrees in Kinesiology and know what they are doing. My trainers are bringing me along gradually. They are very supportive and encouraging and celebrate my progress.

I am just completing the Thrive35 program and I am happy to report that I ate plenty of food all day and lost weight. The recipes and support from Sue Davis are fantastic. The personal trainers and group fitness classes are great, every class is different and challenges my body and mind. Personal training sessions are helping me focus and evaluate progress toward my goals. Two thumbs up for Method3.

I cannot put to words how much Mira has helped me through a significant health challenge in my life. I was able to keep up with my workouts during the challenging time with her knowledge and expertise in fitness and personal training. Mira crafted unique workouts during each training session to keep my motivation up and build my strength back. She is utterly amazing and was a huge part of my recovery!! They are a smaller gym that allows them to really focus on their clientele and offer many different options, giving you a choice on the type of workout you prefer, group or personal. They also offer nutritional guidance to fully embrace a healthier lifestyle.As I continue to work with my personal trainer, Hollis, I feel confident that I will be able to regain the muscle mass I've lost over the past few years safely. He's direct and clear with his instructions and always encouraging. I'm definitely looking forward to the journey.
Teresa Huntley: Method3 is a great place to workout. It's not a normal gym. The personal training, group classes, nutritional guidance, community support is amazing. You don't need to be in shape to start at Method3. The Coaches know how to train you to gain flexibility, strength and confidence. I especially enjoy Alan Yu Gettin' Loose 2 class. This class focuses on gaining flexibility, stretching and getting stronger. It's a great way to ease into full workouts. You won't go wrong with Method3. It's a special place for all body types and people that want to improve themselves.

I never felt ashamed of being out of shape when I came in, and I can see progress in my fitness and stability—I’m not feeling pain in my knees and hips like I was. Sue’s challenged me but she never pushes me too far. It’s been a very encouraging journey toward fitness.

Mercer Curtis: . Becky has a lot of experience working with my age group and with all the wear and tear from sports and life, she knew how to best set up a program to maximize conditioning given my set of circumstances. For example, I am a candidate for total shoulder replacement. I was going in twice a year to get cortisone shots. I started my program in April of this year and her work with me has strengthened the muscle group, increased range of motion and reduced pain by 90%
Jeanine Brown: I have been working out at Life Sport for 2 years now and find the workouts challenging and the environment fun. You get a new program every 4 weeks, so you are constantly changing things up and working different muscle groups. I like the semi private personal training, as you get attention to make sure you're doing the exercises correctly and don't hurt yourself. Other places don't pay attention to form so much.

Becky is a great coach; she is cheerful, inclusive, and dedicated. She monitors me to make sure moves are done correctly and motivates me to keep going. She understands body movement and how to adjust a workout for injury, knee/shoulder pain, etc. Other folks working out are friendly. Studio is clean, spacious, and well equipped.

Becky also has the experience and wisdom from being in the business for a long time. Mallory Clay-Harrigan: ! I've been going to Barre3 now for almost 4 months and it's been such a great addition to my routine. The strength and cardio classes have become my favorite! I'm also currently pregnant and I love this workout for prenatal movement and mobility. I love this studio!I just started Barre3 and love this studio! Everyone was so welcoming and made my first few classes fun! It's such a good workout and I love the energy of all of the instructors!
Katarina Blume: Love this place! The 60 minute one is challenging, the 45 minute is a little easier. You make it harder or easier depending on your weights, band resistance, and how deeply you squat etc. Highly recommend the 45 for first timers, and go easy.Also, easy to park in the lot behind the studio. It’s always clean and there’s the day care in the front. Peppermint foot wipes for after, too. Give it a try!
Rachel Shahrivar: . I’ve suffered from lower back pain for years, and after the initial “tuck” in the beginning of the class, I felt everything start to change. In just a few weeks, barre has helped change the way I carry myself, strengthen so many supportive muscles I didn’t even know I had, and reduce my back pain almost completely as a result. The classes are hard, and I leave sore as can be, but in the best possible way. As far as the studio goes, I can’t say enough about how friendly and welcoming everyone is. As a beginner, I’ve never felt pressure to “keep up” or push harder-it really is all about alignment and what works for each person on any given day. So glad I found this studio 😊

Last night as I was exercising on the mat I could see the moon above my head; mixed with a great music, I had such a rare and unique experience! The ambient in Barre3 Willow Glen is fantastic!

Jamming J: I purchased a 10 class deal to try out this location. I usually go to the Los Altos one since it is closer to home.This place is great. Today I attended my 5th class. So far, I am very happy with this location. The staffs and instructors are very friendly and professional. They show true concerns for their customers. I like it when the instructor walks around and correct my form to ensure I am not doing something stupid that would hurt myself and also to make my work more productive.The place is clean and in a nice neighborhood. The parking lot is behind the office building and a friendly area. So far no complains from me. I only wish this place is closer to where I live.

I am healthier happier and stronger.What differentiates Barre3 from other places is the team. The experience is unique from start to finish. From the front desk to the management and the instructors, they are all ‘present’. It’s not lip service. They are there, attentive and listening. They are not clocking their time. There’s not a better place I could recommend than the Barre3 experience!

It's a "boutique" kind of gym, the classes are fantastic, in 45 minutes you are in and out and make you move EVERYTHING workouts are amazing, the trainers are very professional and also fun! If you want to personalize your experience they have one on one trainings that are incredible.I wouldn't change for anything this experience!

Don’t be intimidated by the name, Elite Spartans has been the gym and team I’ve been looking for all along. I’ve attended nearly 140 boot camp classes and 40 weight training sessions this year alone which has been a hugely positive impact on me since all I use to do for exercise was too much cardio. The trainers and staff truly care about the members and are always helpful, positive, and supportive. The best part is being able to go and get great exercise in, often at the extremely convenient non-work hours, without having to think or plan; the classes are all engaging and challenging and mix in different exercises every day so you’re never bored and always working out different parts of your body. I am the healthiest I have been in nearly 20 years thanks to finding Elite Spartans. Highly recommend signing up for a 6 week challenge to get yourself going!

If I was unable to do a certain workout, they would happily adjust it. Make no mistake, this does NOT mean they let me slack if I "can't do it". Ohhh no, they will push you! One of the amazing perks of this gym is not only do they know how hard to push and when to let off, but this knowledge is backed by the myzone heart monitors they use within the gym! As someone with limited workout experience, I truly appreciate every instance they correct me when I'm not performing an exercise correctly.Boxing is definitely fun, fun, fun! Athena Bugarin: YBX is such a great place to workout and meet new people. Everyone is so friendly and nice. All the coaches will take their time to assist with any questions and correcting your form as well. I’ve been here for almost a year now and I have been really loving it!

Lillian Luu: Can't believe it, but I've been going to YBX since summer 2022! I love the different type of classes they have, from boxing to strength and HIIT. You just show up and not worry about creating your own workout programs. Coaches are very knowledgeable, especially Coach T who will correct your form but also yell at you to work harder. I can definitely say that I've gotten stronger since I became a YBX member and I have fun doing so!

I only started going to Bootycamp for the first couple of Months, then tried all the classes offered and became obsessed!I’m stronger than ever. Vimal Balu: Although I only subscribed to their classes for a short while, I highly recommend their group classes. Working with Mark G., Ryan A., and Mark C. has helped my physical strength, endurance, and "balance". Their trainers create a welcoming environment for all fitness levels. They actively coach and correct your technique which is a huge positive. I used their classes to get back into a competitive sport and it sure helped me ease back into it.Thank You Red Dot!
