Jeanne O: Joji loves spending time at Lucky Buddies. I love seeing the videos of him playing and receiving daily reports cards with photos. He used to be a shy puppy, but he has become so social and playful after his stays with his buddies. He also enjoys the neighborhood walks and gets a bath before coming home! We really appreciate the love and attention that Joji receives from Lucky Buddies.
Niya Aliyah: I had to go for an unexpected trip and was in a hurry to find a good overnight daycare for my cat. The staff was very patient with him, and he was even able to warm up to the staff in the short amount of time he stayed with the Lucky Buddy staff. Very grateful for the care and frequent updates the staff provided!

Luna Lam: This review is for daycare only: Jim loves LBPS! We try to send him at least twice a week because it makes him sooo happy to see the other buddies. The facilities seem clean with lots of space for the buddies to run around. The staff are nice and kind, especially Marianna who is always so sweet to Jim.

Helena Gould: I'm so glad we found Lucky Buddies! The entire staff is kind, professional, and clearly loves animals. My dog Addy has been for both boarding and daycare and has enjoyed all her stays. I appreciate their use of a client portal and the regular updates that the staff provides when she's there.
Lindsey Timpone: We began taking our puppy to Lucky Buddies a few months ago and have been so happy with their care! We've done daycare, boarding, grooming, and will soon start some in house visits as well. Our puppy loves playing with the other dogs, and always comes home happily tired and engaged. They are great at updating us, and we love catching glimpses of our pup's day on their social media accounts too! They use the timetopet app which has also been super easy to use and book services, they've also been very responsive to questions. We love Lucky Buddies so far!

Jessica Hanson: Alex is our miracle google find! My husband and I moved to California in February, but have family that remains in the Midwest. While we have wonderful friends, we struggled to find someone who could not only handle the time commitment required to take care of our active golden retriever but also our two cats for more than 2 days. Out of desperation I turned to google and miraculously found Alex’s company. Her prices are reasonable, she is communicative, understanding, flexible and full of knowledge for pet care! She loved on our pets like her own, sent videos and pictures with each visit, and kept in touch multiple times a day. For us, this was a life saver and we were able to not only enjoy our trip away but RELAX knowing our babies were in good, safe and capable hands. We have a little dog and a cat that we usually have friends pop by to care after but over the Thanksgiving holiday, most of them weren't available so Alex came in the clutch to take care of our pets. She was great with keeping us updated on how they where. Her experience as a vet tech was not just reassuring but also allowed her to give us insight on anything she noticed with them. She also made us feel like she was giving our pets quality time when she was over. Although it was our first time using a pet sitting service, we felt like her prices were very reasonable. She also took some of our favorite photos of our critters.

stacey finch: Alex is awesome! She helped me out in a time of need. She didn't help me in the conventional way like walking my dog or caring for them in my home. My unique need happened when I boarded my prior to going on vacation. My cat requires a small amount of insulin twice a day and I was unaware the the facility that I was boarding him at did not give injections. I had to leave my cat there as it was late in the afternoon and my flight was scheduled for 9 am the next day. Upon leaving him there I contacted my cats vet who suggested I contact Alex and ask if she'd be willing to go to the boarding facility twice a day to administer my cats insulin. To my amazement she agreed. I don't think she's ever had a client like us before but she was willing to take time out of her busy schedule to help me out. I highly recommend Alex and her business. You can rest assured that she will take care of your furbabies!

When my cat required medication, While You Were Out took care of administering the medication while I was at work. I knew my Moe was in good hands and would get extra love when he wasn’t feeling well. Our dogs immediately took a liking to her, which is weird because our dogs are extremely over protective and usually don’t like people. She is very capable of handling our two giant German shepherds, so big dogs aren’t an issue. If you need someone to watch your fur babies while you are out, absolutely go with Alex. She is the best!

Alex and her team had that comfort home feeling with my dogs that it didn’t feel like strangers. I used to feel guilty leaving my dogs, but now I feel like they are with family. Emekliyiz ve genellikle köpeklerimizi her yere yanımızda götürüyoruz ama artık torunlarımızı ziyaret edebilmemiz için 11 yaşındaki ve 7 aylık altınlarımızı bırakabilmemiz gerekiyor. Daniele Clarissa: I cannot recommend Allie's Doggie Day Camp enough. I was going through a tough time with my dog and thought about rehoming him. Allie called me and talked to me for probably an hour about my thoughts and feelings. She offered to do an assessment and to board him while I was gone, to help find him a home. Although I have done some soul searching since and have decided to keep Everest, Allie went above and beyond. She is so empathetic and genuine. She offered to open up earlier if I wanted to bring Everest to daycare.She has an awesome set up in her backyard. It is clean, there are a good variety of dogs and her personal dogs are just adorable and well trained. I will definitely be using Allie for any future needs.Thank you Allie.

She is very patient with my dogs and I am feel at ease when I board them with her. Another great boarding experience with Allie!

Our dog struggles with separation anxiety and Allie has been very understanding and patient throughout the process. I also really enjoy being able to see pictures of him while we are gone to calm my nerves. Overall would definitely recommend others dogs to join the pack!
Robin Kim: My family recently moved to the bay area and had to find a doggy daycare for my puppy. My puppy had mild separation anxiety because she would stay with me 24/7 during to Covid. After a couple of times of daycare and boarding, my dog LOVES going to Allie's. When I drop her off at Allie's, she doesn't even look back and run straight to her backyard. This tells me that I can trust Allie. Allie knows a lot about dogs and I can tell she truly cares for them. You do have go pay upfront when dropping off your dog. She does a good job communicating through phone or text and will let you know if anything is going on with your dog. She doesn't updated social media everyday, but if you ask, she will send photos/videos.
Florcy Morisset: Allie and her pack are the true dog whispers. My Beau loves staying overnight with her... tons of fun, play and rest. My heart and mind is always at peace when Beau is with Allie. And the ultimate bonus is the pictures.
Chris Vazquez: We left our 8 month old pup with Allie and her pack for a few nights and felt comfortable the whole time we were away. We missed him during our trip but knew he was a in good hands with other friendly dogs, plus Allie send photos/videos of the dogs pretty often. He was happy and healthy when we picked him up and we could tell he had a blast playing with the other dogs. We’ll definitely be trusting Allie with our dog again in the future, thanks Allie!

I don't have to worry about him when he's here; I know he's having a good time and, as a bonus, he comes home exhausted.Everyone on staff is super friendly and responsible. They provide honest feedback about your pup, both good and bad. Additionally, they meticulously keep track of everything your pup needs, including food, treats and enrichment activities. They also ensure that my dog doesn’t get overstimulated by giving him enough breaks during the day.Their evaluation process gives me confidence that my pup will get to play with dogs of similar temperament and won't get bullied.
Brian Hong: I’ve been bringing my dog to downtown dogs for 2 years now, and would absolutely recommend them to others! It’s always a good sign when my dog is eager to go through the day care door every day.I love they have an evaluation before allowing any dog into the daycare, they put a cap on the staff to dog ratio, they have a they have 2 hr lunch breaks during the day to feed them and let them relax/digest, they are so accommodating of my pup who has his unique personality quirks, and they are great about giving feedback on my pup’s day each time I ask.Also, the staff is always so friendly and provides great customer service!

Ashley Lehmann: 10/10 would recommend this facility! I was incredibly nervous leaving my dog in the care of someone who wasn’t me, but the employees here made me feel comfortable doing so. They are all kind and clearly love dogs. I love that I am able to check in on her through their live webcams, as well as having the option of “pupdates”, where they text you pictures/videos throughout the day. They have so many enrichment options to choose from to add something a little special to your dog’s day, which I always choose! My dog has gone here a few times and each time she is excited to go in and greet the workers/other dogs. I still get nervous leaving her, but knowing that she is genuinely being looked after/cared for makes me feel a little bit better. Definitely check this facility out if you are considering doggie day care!!
Phyllis Kayten: Not like the others-- Downtown Dogs in Palo Alto has staff who really enjoy hanging around dogs all day - they treat them like their own. I could check in on my puppy on the Webcam and she always looked happy and there was always at least one person in the room at all times paying attention to the dogs
Ann Leever: Downtown Dogs offers great enrichment activities and weekly treats that pet parents can choose from. My boy is never bored when he’s there. The great staff really get to know the dogs and best of all they really like the dogs who are in their care.

Schuyler Zheng: Have been using the daycare for the past few months now, and recently used their boarding service for 6 days. Our girl really likes it and she was healthy when we picked her up! The last boarding place we used gave her pneumonia, so we were really nervous to try a new daycare/boarding place. This place was recommended to us by our trainer, and I’m we’re so happy it’s been working out well for our diva girl. I love that they screen all incoming dogs to make sure they’re dog friendly. The staffs also looked a lot happier than the last place we used. Highly recommend this place!
john STETAK: Clipper stays there 1-2 days a week. Everyone is super nice. Lots of little activities. Great for socialization. Dropping him off is always pleasant. We have boarded him there as well. Really good experiences.

Marcus Phelps-Munson: I love that they evaluate your pet before they will have the pet in daycare or overnight. This not only is a safety for your dog but for all the dogs. I also love that I get a verbal report on how our dog has interacted and behaved during her stay. I highly recommend this place
Katrin Kelbert: We Dog Care knows about dogs; how to train them, how to handle them, and how to communicate with the owners. Our two Cairn terriers are excited to go, happy when we pick them up, and sleep well when they get home. On a recent vacation we were able to watch them on Youtube, and know they were having a great time. The manager of the Willow Glen location is outstanding at customer service, and we appreciate the little details she notices about each of our dogs. Highly recommend.

Ketty Wang: , which no daycare has done before. The entire staff is amazing and truly loves getting to know the dogs. We've interacted with just about everyone and we get daily photos/videos of our dog playing from Christina, Amy, and Manolo. We can tell from the photos, the staff goes above and beyond to include our dog in the pack. We also use their dog transportation services and yes, our girl loves hanging out with Troy in the "bark bus." One thing we noticed right away is the facilities are so clean and there are comfy beds, blankets, toys for the dogs. A big bonus is they have a door that leads to an outdoor space and our Shibe loves to sunbathe outside. There is nowhere else we will send our dog unless they replicate PSTM - thank you to the best crew!
