Oneida Rodríguez: I use to take my golden here when I had him but sadly he passed away during Covid .It’s been a few years and I finally got a new puppy .They treated my new puppy so gentle for his nail trim .He has been there also for a bath and promptly called me after he was done , I greatly appreciate their communication .I recommend Ollys to all my friends and family and I drive almost an hour to come here because they are the only people I trust to be kind to my little furry friends .
Gilbert Rodriguez: Really appreciated the work that did to my corgi! He was shedding a lot and was pretty dirty. They took him in last minute and definitely cleaned him up well! A blowout, wash, and nail clip came out to be about $72 which is super affordable compared to other places and mobile services

Elizabeth Anderson: I’m great with my dogs grooming until it comes to trimming her nails. Although she is just 12 lbs, she is one tough fighter when I put anything near her paws. My vet recommended All 4’s Grooming. They came to the rescue. It was easy to get a quick appointment. The price was very reasonable and the service was great. They treated my dog gently and she left without fear or pain from trauma. What a relief. The shop is nothing to look at but the folks inside know animals.

I didn't have any appointments so I call them to see if they can take him in asap cause I'm in town for work. They took him and gave me back exactly what I wanted. Peepers is a spoil, he get groom treatment at least twice a month and some place I take him and even movle home groom didnt do that great of a job because he smell like he was blow dry not bath and he wasn't groom correctly even timing or cutting his fur seem odd and off but this place really cut his nails and I can tell they bath him and not just dry blow him. I'm extremely happy and he will be back. I Seen all the reviews, good and bad reviews but my experience was amazing. Pepper is extremely a calm and sweet baby but he can be wiggly so it difficult and not that easy do cut dog's hair as it is to human. After his grooming Pepper think he so handsome that he can get all the ladies lol.

They explained their process and prices easily, within an hour I showed up as a walk in and they accepted me and my 130lb Great Dane.As expected the smaller dogs were uncomfortable with the presence of a XL dog. Still the groomers insisted they would work with us. To make everyone at ease they trimmed his nails away from the smaller dogs at the front of the store instead of at the grooming tables. This quick thinking ensured a safe, quiet, and quick service.It took all of 10 peaceful minutes.As a large dog owner I’m so used to being turned away no matter how well behaved my dog may be simply because he makes others uncomfortable.I appreciate the team for thinking on their feet and being inclusive.Also, I asked to turn his dragon claws into chocolate chips and that’s EXACTLY what we got!Thank you.

Honey came out looking better but I had to do some cleanup of some messed long hairs. But Augie, he was pitiful didn't smell like he had a bath, all kinds of spots of long hair, someone didn't care about the way he was giving back to us.

After hearing his lengthy story and my needs as a pet owner, she was more than happy to take on the challenge. What I appreciated the most was the fact that she said his well-being is her top priority so if she could not do it safely and without causing him distress, she would stop. Having spent a year trying to teach him that grooming is not a scary thing, that was exactly what I wanted to hear. Fast forward to today when he had his appointment and I was over the moon to get a phone call maybe 15 minutes after I dropped him off that he was ready for pickup and his ears were clean. He's the kind of dog that wears his emotions and feelings on his sleeve so I knew when I picked him up that his experience had been a positive one. I will definitely be bringing him back on a regular basis for his earsand may even see if they're up for the challenge of trying to make his face a little bit more handsome. Pupdate: One full groom for Olaf and it was clear that he preferred their grooming to mine so the whole pack became regular customers. They take such amazing care of my fur babies and do a wonderful job on their grooms, making sure that they do exactly what I want. We have since lost Olaf but whitey is blind in one eye and Rocky is deaf and has very poor vision so it's incredibly important to me to have groomers that understand their needs and our patient and careful with them and that is exactly what I get from Yoshi and her team. We are definitely customers for life and our newest pack member mocha and his foster brother Ziggy adore the team as well and receive endless compliments after every groom.

It’s recently renovated with very friendly and attentive staff!There is a nice selection of name brand dog food and toys- some of which I’ve never seen before for example, dog-nip.$20 for 20 mins using the dog wash station. I was able to wash and dry my girl with time to spare. Towel and shampoo provided in the base rate. Bring your own conditioner and brushes. I was the only one washing my dog today, but it could get a little loud since the 3 dog tubs are in a smaller room- maybe my only criticism.Overall I enjoyed this experience and will be back!The old pics don’t do this new renovation justice.

We had a wonderful experience!The receptionist suggested an 8am appointment, making it more efficient and reassuring for my dog, as it is a little less busy. I was able to get an appointment in a very timely manner. The price was within the range for this area, and exactly as quoted when making the appointment.I was afraid that the groomer would have to shave my dog since it had been awhile since he had had a full groom. The staff even asked for pictures to ensure that Miranda would groom him to my liking. She did an amazing job! He looked as handsome as I have seen him. They took very good care of him. He was done within two hours. He had a great experience and seemed very eager to return anytime. We will be back soon. Thank you!

Idk what it is but they made it so easy n simply I was impressed and amazed she came out with lil to no issues for them all. John and Blanca have such ways with dogs you’d be surprised to how much your dog will be willing to listen and let alone feel comfortable around them as I was with mines. It was her first time going to any dog grooming and it was as she has been here before. I’d definitely be coming again for those services and let alone the environment and atmosphere was quick and hassle free and worry free. Recommend for any dog owner from small Chihuahuas to big dogs as we seen Burmese mountain dog.

He came out a little spooked, but that seems par for the course. I liked their customer service, Aside from electing to completely shave him when I asked for a trim. And it took 4 hours over the 3 hours projected. All to shave him? Couldn't that have been done in about 30 minutes. No finesse required. Shower... +30...+

I came from Redwood City to try to get my dog groomed here and they did a great job.He kept the muzzle on, so I just trimmed his face a bit when I got him home, but he is clean and happy and he looks so so handsome.**Highly recommend if you have a dog, who’s difficult like mine or have had issues finding a good groomer in the past.

Brushing hurt too, so he became very matted.I decided to come here, and upon entering he was scared, but they were nice, so I knew he’d be ok. He was done quicker than expected . When I picked him up, he was very happy with that big grin you see on the picture. I’m happy with results as I expected him to come out nearly bald, but he looks adorable even without his long locks on his body and ears. I have no idea how they pulled this off with the condition he was in, but they did.

Priscilla Diep: I have been taking my dog here for the past two years and this will be the only place I'll take her to.They have a la carte for small maintenance if you are on a time crunch. If you can schedule the time full groom covers everything and is worth the money. My mini golden at 50lbs gets full groomed for 80 which is cheaper than anywhere else.She's a nervous golden and hates getting trimmed but she loves all of the groomers especially Jesus. You can see how happy she is chilling with Jesus getting paws trimmed.

Michael Johns: The staff at Quality Pet Spot are amazing! They were super helpful, patient and kind to our fur babies aka 4 yorkies! Literally the best haircuts they have received and the full salon service for our dogs is definitely worth the price. Their haircuts were perfect and they did a fantastic job even with the matting that they did have. I highly recommend this place!!

In the past, grooming has always been stressful for my dogs but the fact that this location is cage free definitely makes the experience easier for my dogs.All the groomers also show that they actually care about the dogs and it feels good to go to a place where they actually remember your dog and know how to interact with them. Our regular groomers are Sofia and Danna. They’re amazing! At the end of my sessions they give me a good detailed explanation of how the grooming went and if they noticed anything out of the ordinary about my dog that might need me to keep an extra eye out.The receptionist is also very friendly and charismatic. The moment one walks through the door they are greeted and welcomed which helps set the tone for the entire visit.10/10

Clyde Floyd: We had used Imelda's for grooming our two previous dogs. They always took great care to see that the dogs not only looked great, but were treated with love and care. We now have a new puppy, and never looked anywhere else. Took the puppy in today for its first grooming, and beautiful cut, nails trimmed and filed smooth. We dropped the puppy off for the 9am appointment, and Gonzalo called as soon as he was finished and ready to go. Gonzalo, Imelda and the staff at Imelda's are awesome and take such great care of our puppy!
