Agnes from Diptyque store located in Valley Fair stood out with her expertise in perfumes, skillfully explaining notes and layers in a simple yet informative way to her clients. Her approach was not pushy; and she ensured a personal space, making the overall experience at Diptyque in Valley Fair truly enjoyable. Pls shout out to Agnes Ko, I really enjoy my visit.

She was very nice and helped me when I was debating whether or not to purchase the Fleur de Peau or Do Son EDPs and she helped me clarify my decision.The store is organized and warmly adorned. The smell of the Feu de Bois home scents warmly encompassed me at the entrance.I definitely recommend for a treat yourself occasion and/or gift idea. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the experience and types of scents the perfumes may evoke based on your preferences and work/ethic.Definitely recommend 10/10!
Dimeimeimei Wu: Great quality fragrances and candles. Forrest is so friendly and enthusiastic, but also gave us time to ourselves to sniff. We were shown a unique cilantro candle and learned about ants and anteaters.

She is very knowledgeable on all of the scents and products, so she was extremely helpful for my decision-making process. Highly recommend actually going into the store to buy their products, instead of shopping online. I will definitely visit again!

They answered all my questions and even gave me free samples to try since I was new to Lush. I felt right at home!2. Another assistant offered a sample to my girls as well. They were excited to try the “slime” body wash. (:3. Helped me choose the Perfect gift for my bestie. Btw, my Bestie had lush on her list of products to try next so she was extremely excited!4. The hand cream was enough to get me excited to try the other samples. However, once I discovered the massage bars, I was HOOKED. I was literally on their web page right after in my search to understand such an amazing product.5. A week later, I am still HOOKED on the massage bars! They have definitely made it to my at home spa experience. :D6. Lush has a new costumer for sure! Thanks for having an awesome crew and being a much needed brand.

Great gift idea for Mother’s Day, graduation and birthdays!!! Lots of samples and testers so you can try and smell the beautiful fragrances of each lotion or soap. Go visit and have fun in the store!
