Han-Nha Tiet: Very friendly staff, we had a copay but when Dr heard we were having a hard time she covered it.
nutty nhan: I had a lot of problems with my eye because my previous ophthalmologist was just stalling me for my money. Right when I got to dr office, she got straight down to buissness and she fixed my problem in a week while my eye blurriness and pain had been occurring for 3 months.
H T: Very fast, in and out in 30 mins. All staff wear masks and speak Vietnamese for my mom to understand.

Abdul Majid: Visited the clinic for the first time. Highly impressed with the test facilities, friendly consultation etc.

Geovanna Zelaya: I must say I Love the entire staff here at Eye Medical Clinic. From the time I called and spoke with the scheduling department to the receptionist greeting me upon arrival to the Doctors. I saw almost all of the doctors here and they are all wonderful at their craft but I must make my review mainly on Dr. Tamer Hadi. He was so gentle and kind. He was the last doctor I saw and the only one who knew exactly what my case entailed and how to treat it. I didn’t make it easy with my diagnosis but Dr. Hadi’s knowledge and expertise lead me in the exact direction I needed to be. I will be forever great full to have ended up with such a wonderful Doctor. Thank you Dr. Hadi and staff.

Mary Anne James: I have been a patient at Eye Medical since about 1969. For most of the time, Dr. Sullivan has been my ophthalmologist. I was a long-time wearer of hard contact lens, and my needs were well-met. There is an optometry store affiliated with the clinic and in the same building, which is very convenient. Sometimes your appointments are delayed, but you can be sure you will receive careful attention when your turn comes.
Margaret Cepeda: Best customer service at Eye Medical Center downtown Optical department!!! Vanessa & Lloyd are the best!!! Super nice and fast turnaround!! I absolutely love my Gucci’s! So many nameBrand lenses to choose from!!! Highly recommend!

Patricia Castaneda: Doctor Contreas is a very caring and is thorough in his examinations. He explains everything to you and is more than happy to answer any of your questions. He takes his time and doesn’t rush you out. To me this is very important, this means that he cares for his patients not like some doctors that just want to get as many as they can through the office daily $$$.I’d say he is very well respected for his dedication to his patients and their eye care.

Liang Xia: I had been a patient of Dr. Lee for 6 years. I went there for routine eye exams and some extra vision tests. Dr. Lee was so nice and patient to explain everything that I don't know of. I've seen Dr. Chen once when Dr. Lee was not available and she was also very nice.I am no longer in the area now. So, when I am looking for potential eye doctors, I still recall the service Dr. Lee and Dr. Chen provided to me, and used that as a baseline to compare services.Both doctors here are ophthalmologists, but they can also work on my prescriptions. That's amazing.It's not so easy to find doctors that are specialized in both medical and optometry.
Jamie Li: I see doctor Chen for my annual check up and prescriptions. Although my condition had been very difficult to have a pair of glasses, Dr. Chen spent her time with patience and care of my vision health. I feel very lucky to have a caring eye doctor in our neighborhood.
Susie Zheng: My son has been seeing Dr. Lee with ortho-k treatment for over two years. We are very happy that his myopia stabilized and he has perfect vision. For an active boy who plays sports everyday , we are very grateful to have the ortho-k option for him and have Dr. Lee as the doctor. The office is clean and spacious. Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, kind and great with kids.

Rich Hoffmann: I came to Dr. Lee at Alta after an optometrist believed that they had seen signs of glaucoma in my eyes during a routine prescription check. Needless to say that hearing that when you're barely 40 years old was terrifying to me. Unfortunately, Dr. Lee confirmed the diagnosis. Fortunately, I've been able to put myself in his care for the last several years, and couldn't have asked for a better health care provider. He has been punctual, friendly, kind, and professional without fail at every visit. He has patiently answered every one of my questions, always been responsive to calls and emails outside of appointments, and there has never been a doubt in my mind that my health was a priority. I cannot recommend Dr. Lee and the team at Alta highly enough.
Sherry Chou: I am a Medicare patient an I have had Dr. Alex Lee as my eye doctor for over 5 years. As I need to work with computer 12 hours a day, I unfortunately have dry eye issue for over 20 years. Eye drops, nighttime lubricant and sunglasses are essential in my bags everywhere I go. I had photophobia, constant eye tearing and irritation, until one day I saw multiple images of myself in the mirror, I was panicked. I luckily find Dr. Alex Lee from Medicare website and was diagnosed with serious cornea abrasion. I thought I might lose my sight soon, but instead, I was just advised by Dr. Lee last week, after 5 years strictly followed his prescription and strategy, my cornea abrasion has been minimized, my eyesight has recovered and most excitingly I have little pain and irritation in the daytime even sometimes I forgot to wear my sunglasses. Dr. Lee can explain to me complicated medical situation in plain language for me to understand. His great patience, friendliness, and his solid professional knowledge are keys to have helped me getting rid of unnecessary anxieties and eventually cured my issues. Thank you Dr. Lee.
Joy Ware: I have found Dr. Alexander Lee to be an outstanding Glaucoma Specialist. I have been seeing him regularly since 2015. He performed two surgeries, both of which were successful. My eyes are stable, thanks to his successful management and instructions. He sees me every three months. I am very grateful for his competence.

Overall is very satisfying and highly recommend.

Along with being a great eye doctor, Dr. Chen is a excellent Surgeon. I know, I just had Caterrack surgery done on both eyes. I now have 20/20 vision.
Ruth Lincoln: TWO Fantastic cataract surgeries!! Dr. Chen did a wonderful job. Dr Chen is very thorough, thoughtful and caring. I would recommend her to anyone that needs eye care. She has been treating me for several years for a potential blinding disease, it is well managed and not affecting my vision, thanks to Dr. Chen.After the cataract surgeries I can see so much more now -- I can see the sparkle in people's eyes, I can read all the signs in the grocery store aisles, I can read the faded street signs in San Jose. These were the easiest surgeries I have ever had, giving me immediate results. It was absolutely painless. The nursing care at El Camino Hospital Los Gatos was wonderful.
