I have a very pleasant experience every time I visit and come to browse and shop. As soon as I walk through the door I was greeted by their friendly employees Helena and Marco. This week, I started looking at their Jewelry and Helena informed me of a promotion they had going on and gave me an ad to take home. She also showed me some designer sunglasses and a Michael Kors handbag. Marco is always eager to show me new items in the store such as laptops and Bluetooth speakers and the latest tech stuff. If I have a question...Leo the manager is very knowledgeable and professional- he answers any questions I may have with informative facts about their products and why I should purchase them. It is very hard to come here without buying something because they have great deals on everything. If your bored at home and looking for something fun to do...come over and check this place out!

I was hesitant to stop by initially, being weary about these types of transactions from past experience, but went ahead and took my chances after seeing the reviews. I could tell right away that this place was different. No frills or flashing lights with over the top advertising. It was a small humble shop. There was a woman before me that I had watched walk in. I followed after allowing for some time to pass and to my surprise the door was locked. They really care about not only their own, but their clientele’s safety as well. I knew I had made the right choice. After making eye contact the owner buzzed me in and after a minute or two it was my turn. The owner was well educated, informative and honest. He carefully examined what I had presented, piece by piece, explaining the process as he went along. Unfortunately a couple pieces turned out to have been counterfeited, but nothing was held against me personally as I let him know from the start that I myself questioned the validity of a few of the items just based off of appearance alone. I was given a fair offer that exceeded my initial expectation and gladly accepted. When all was said and done I walked out of the shop a very happy customer, with some of the best honey I have ever had the privilege of purchasing. Don’t waste your time or risk being swindled by the competition. This place has integrity and relies on providing honest service to ensure we keep coming back. I won’t go anywhere else. They take care of you here.

Aubrey Monroe: For our ten year anniversary we wanted to do an enhancement on my original wedding ring. After going to a few different places we quickly realized that what we wanted would need to be a custom job.We chose Dynasty diamonds after getting a few quotes. The whole customization process was easy and simple. They understood our vision and pulled it off flawlessly.We had a few ups and downs along the way, however you can tell a lot about a business by how they handle these up and downs.We made the ring a size 6 which was the same size as my current ring, however since we made it wider size six proved to a be a little too small. After wearing it for one day my finger was hurting, and we also had one of the diamonds fall out which we were luckily able to find. We took it back in the next day and they said one of the prongs was broken off.They decided to go from a size 6 to 7. Within a week we went back and upon trying on the ring we found that 7 was too big so we left it there for them to change it to a 6.5.A few days later we went back and picked it up. 6.5 fit better, however after losing the first diamond I was very cautious and was keeping a close eye on it. After two weeks I noticed one of the diamonds looked loose. Upon inspection it came right off in my hand.I emailed the shop and told them what had happened. They told me to bring it in and they would do whatever was needed to fix it. We decided that it was best to re set the diamonds in a new band, not using prongs. We also decided to change it to a 6.75 and tapered the band a little bit to make it less wide.We’ve picked it up and a 6.75 is the perfect fit. I also love the new band set vs the prongs.Most people would judge 5 stars by everything being perfect, however as I stated above you can learn a lot about a shop by how they handle things that come up. For that reason they still get a five star review from me even with the set backs we had. Every time we talked with them they were always polite and helped us with the problem. I also want to say that they never charged us anything extra for all of the size changes or re setting it into a different band.I told my husband that if he wants to get me any other jewelry over the years to always go here and we will recommend them to everyone.
