Xiaofang Zhou: My daughter was born with 2 missing lower teeth. We went for a consultation today. The appointment process was easy, and the service and environment were amazing. All the staff were super nice. They took an X-ray for my daughter, and then the treatment coordinator, Connie, met us. She was very patient. This was our first time going to an orthodontist, and I knew nothing about it. She showed me the X-rays, explained the issues and potential treatments, financial aspects. Dr. Corsa was very professional. He spent time to do the measurement and presented all the possible treatment plans and explained which one is the best for my daughter’s age. My daughter’s case is a bit complicated, and both the doctor and coordinator spent a lot of time ensuring I fully understood.Really great experience!

Marie Parker: . We started with Phelps and Cohen when she was maybe 6/7 and I am so thankful for it! She has the most beautiful smile in the world.They reward the patients for good dental hygiene and require that they take care of their teeth. My daughter never had a single cavity and I do attribute some of it to the importance created by the staff at this office!The product and technology used by these doctors makes the process easier for everyone. Less frequent visits, less pain, rubber bands were never required.At 22 my daughter is still complemented daily on her smile. Love the team at Phelps and Cohen!

Keren Bergig: that started in another clinic which we lost contact with.We were worried that it would be difficult to continue the treatment, especially since we had no medical records from the previous clinic and this kind of treatment is timely based and requires new braces to be ordered from invisalign timely.Dr. Cohen was above amazing. He found creative solutions for us, was extremely professional and one can tell when you’re in good hands. The entire clinic team was wonderful. Flexible with appointments, efficient with the administrative aspects of ordering braces and overall highly welcoming. We completed my son’s treatment successfully and we can all smile.

This a great place that provides thorough care and clear communication up-front regarding the treatment plan and ongoing throughout the process. Their staff are kind and courteous. This practice is a “well-oiled machine” with appointments always running on-time despite a busy waiting room and the large volume of patients for whom they provide care. At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, they were able to adjust their logistics and scheduling relatively quickly to maintain a safe environment for both patients and their staff, while also staying organized and professional - my kids’ treatment plans/schedules were uninterrupted. Highly recommend this office for orthodontic care!

My calls were returned promptly, all of my questions answered, and every visit was pleasant, even when my mouth hurt from the treatment. Braces are not an enjoyable treatment, but they are worth it, and this place made it as easy as possible to get through. My teeth are so beautiful now, and I get non stop compliments on how great my smile looks.

Ginger Cullen: It was only in the last thousand years or so that our mouths developed to be small and narrow. There is something about the modern lifestyle that is not good for our jaws and teeth. I mention this in this review, because once a child hits puberty, their jaws cannot be changed much without surgery. But, before puberty, it's possible to widen the palate so that the teeth growing in are not crowded.Phelps & Cohen start their treatment before puberty and I think this is so important. Treatment is in 2 phases - before puberty and after the adult teeth grow in. My children have completed phase 1 which included palate expansion. I'm so happy with the results so far! Their palates are wider and their adult teeth are coming in straighter.As far as the office visits go, the doctors, assistants, and office staff are all easy to work with and pleasant. My children would rather not wear braces and palate expanders, but they don't mind coming to the office at all. I'm glad our regular dentist recommended Phelps & Cohen.

Amanda Nguyen: I had a great experience being a patient here. I started treatment as a 22 year old. I was one of the older patients they treated, and it felt a little embarrassing. However, Dr. Freeman, the orthopedic assistants, and receptionists always made me feel comfortable. They are really great at what they do. My teeth were really crooked before. Somehow, the team here worked their magic so I got my braces off in two years and did not need to remove any teeth. I did not experience much pain here, though for braces in general, you may feel pressure while the braces are being moved/tightened. I would recommend this orthodontics office to anyone who needs braces. Dr. Freedman is very honest about what treatment plan you should take, and everyone works hard to execute it. Appointments always started on time and it’s easy to book/reschedule. Whenever I had questions, the staff was very quick to assist via texting. As for pricing, I think it is comparable to other orthodontic practices. Again, highly recommend going here. Thank you everyone at Freeman Orthodontics!
Ube Rosas: Love love love Dr. Freeman and his team! Very accommodating, love the text message options as communication. They are fast and attentive, even in emergency situations. All 3 of my kids were patients of Dr. Freeman, 2 children with braces at the same time, Dr. Freeman always scheduled them within 30 minutes of each other which was convenient for me. My sons teeth look absolutely amazing! They offer several discounts and payment options. I highly recommend this office, I have several family members as patients!
David Escandon: I’m a year into my treatment plan and I’m very pleased they way my teeth are coming along. I had a more complicated case with not only alignment needs but also a major cross bite that was putting pressure on my front teeth. Dr. Freeman saw me free of charge to offer me a second opinion about treatment. I liked that he didn’t push me or scare me into doing treatment. He pointed out the problems I would face if I continued to postpone orthodontic treatment. I felt really comfortable and that’s why I chose to go with him. I’m also having my son do his orthodontics with him. The staff has been fantastic. The pricing was in line with other doctors in the area. If you’re looking for a solid and experienced doctor look no farther than Dr. Freeman. I highly recommend his practice, his team. You will be in good hands.

I had been somewhat of a trouble maker coming in often when my brackets broke, but never was shamed or guilted me for it. We were impressed with their 3D imagining machine. Dr. Freeman came in to explain the needs of all three of my kids and suggested one get braces or liners. The other two he said we would watch as they grow older if any treatments needed to be done. You could tell he had the best interest of his patients at heart.We ended up getting aligners for our daughter and the staff did a wonderful job explaining how to monitor her progress. She takes photos weekly and sends them to the staff. They inform her whether to change liners or continue to use the set she has- all in the comfort of our own home!We have been pleased with our experience. Their staff has great communication skills, polite, and hold a high standard of professionalism. We would highly recommend Dr. Freeman!

I chose to have Invisalign done with a very complex cross bite and a ton of crowding! Dr. Kouvaris was just excellent. He thought of different ways to treat me, was creative and patient. I highly recommend him for any orthodontic work especially if you are interested in Invisalign. Before I had my consultation with him, I saw a different orthodontist who had told me that I wasn’t an Invisalign candidate. Well, obviously that’s not the case. I told Dr. Kouvaris this and he stated that, it’s not that I wasn’t a “candidate,” it was that the other orthodontist wasn’t comfortable treating me with Invisalign. Dr. K said adult cross bites are very difficult to treat but it can be done with Invisalign. I’m SO happy with my results! I was also very vigilant and wore them like I was suppose to. Go see Dr. Kouvaris, adults or kids! He is excellent! So happy I found him!

I was very nervous and anxious about getting my braces, but since the first visit I had with Dr. Kouvaris I knew that will be there where I wanted to do my braces, the doctor & his staff have been outstanding, I always felt that they offer me their best professional opinion in regards of treatment, they always took time to explain me everything and also very flexible with scheduling the appointments, also one time one of the bands got off and they were very good letting me go back to the clinic to replace it, I really love the way they treat me, I really recommend Kouvaris Orthodontics, I spent a few months looking for a reasonable ortho that has a good rate in prices, and I choose the best one in San Jose, also the good thing that they have other locations like in Cupertino, the staff is always friendly and responsive, on all levels- quality of work, quality of service, and professionalism, Jenifer was very good responding to any question I had via email and by phone, I also like Erika, but in general I love all the staff, it feels like to visit an extra family, I felt very sad when my treatment of the braces came to the end, I was feeling very good every time I had my appointments. If you are looking for a good place to do your braces, this is the place either if you are a young kid, or an older person like me, thank you Dr. Kourvaris & his staff, I really will miss everyone in Kouvaris Orthodontics.

Kimberly Bujuklian: I have worked with Dr Rafati for over 7 years and she is one of the most professional people I know. She is extremely caring and takes her time with each patient, explaining their treatment plan and answering their every question. She is also a perfectionist when it comes to her patients smiles. Our office has 4 operatory chairs, side by side, in our open spaced office where her patients are extremely comfortable with a great atmosphere as well as state of the art tv's to entertain them as they get their treatment done. If you're looking for an excellent orthodontist office, Dr Rafati is the best!

Lia: I went to Doctor Rafati's Orthondontics for my braces, and currently I'm wearing retainers. I had an open bite, where my top row of teeth and bottom row of teeth did not close together; there was a big gap. After getting braces, the results were shockingly pleasant. Now, my front teeth have come out and they are covering my bottom teeth and the gap is nonexistent. The staff are extremely kind and welcoming, the facility and tools are clean and modern, it is overall such a great place. I highly highly recommend Rafati's Orthodontics for braces.

His staff is also amazing. Everyone is so nice and caring.Before going to Dr. Boschken, I considered some at-home aligners and I am so glad I didn’t go that direction. From the initial consultation to getting his braces off today, she has been extremely patient, detail-oriented, and gentle with his orthodontics work. She always explains in detail what to expect with each appointment and what are the next steps with his treatment plan. The entire staff at the office is great to work with and they try to be as flexible as possible with our schedule. On top of the excellent work the office provides, their cost is extremely reasonable for the amount of work that my son required. I would highly recommend Dr. Linda and Blossom Valley Smiles for your pediatric orthodontics needs!

Had a check up and cleaning today and Dr.Dong did a great job on my teeth I suffer from anxiety and I was nervous but once he came into the room I felt comfortable he has a great demeanor and so friendly and explained everything to me it was a great appointment!

We now have 2 kids with braces installed by Dr. Steinhoff - about 8 months that we have been visiting the office, and we have nothing but great comments about him and his staff. They have always been on time in all our appointments. Most importantly, the kids have been very happy and comfortable with their experience every time they've visited. Finally, they have done a great job explaining the financials, so there have not been any surprises or secret fees at all - everything has been very clear from the go!

Jin Hee Park: I brought my children to Dr. Steinhoff for a consultation while they were in elementary school. He said they might need braces but recommended waiting a bit longer. He advised checking back with him annually. My children met with him yearly for about 2+ years at no cost. He didn't rush. He patiently waited until they were ready. He was like our family dentist, even though we weren't his actual patients yet. Then my children got braces during their middle school years and completed the treatment as planned. His staff is also fantastic - They are kind and professional. I highly recommend him.
