    Bella: Mission De La Casa skilled nursing facility is a great place for rehab. This place has improved tremendously and all staff are helpful and professional. My dad had a stroke and spent 3 weeks at Mission De La Casa. He was able to walk again with the walker and able to come home with home health services. I greatly recommended this place for rehab.

After spending less than two weeks at Mission de la Casa she was to walk without pain or assistance. The physical therapists were miracle workers.     Therese Doan: My 84-year-old sister has been a patient at Vista Manor for more than 3 months. She was admitted after discharge from the ICU. But as things turned out, she got re-admitted to the hospital and back to Vista Manor. I see that she is receiving excellent care here compared to the hospital. From the hospital, she got a grade two decubitus ulcer on her coccyx. . At Vista Manor, I met the wound care nurse who made sure that her ulcer is healing well. Currently, the skin is intact. The nursing staff attends to her needs well. One CNA told me that she would pray the rosary with my sister at night when she has time. I see that as attending to the patient’s spiritual need. Thank you, Vista Manor, for caring!

    Pandora Chan-Leung: Came here after right knee replacement here, serves are good, workers are friendly & helpful, sometimes a little slow response due to more patient need than available helper in PM. OT is very helpful to show how perform daily activities. PT is the best, very helpful & knowledgeable, from barely move to retain 70% self mobility in a week. Food is very good, I have regular diet with thin liquid, taste good & variety, totally unexpected from a nursing home.

Both her primary doctor and the surgeon highly recommended Vista Manor Nursing Center.The warm hospitality and willingness during the stay will not be forgotten. The entire staff in the facility was amazing friendly loving, and compassionate. Jerome, the director listened patiently to my concerns and questions for my mom who doesn’t speak English. He assured me that she would be taking good care.The encouragement from OT, PT, and Speech therapist for her dysphagia were extremely patient throughout the process. Nurses and CNA were so kind, patient, attentive, responsive, and full of sense of humor toward my mom and every residents so did the housekeeping and reception. They always made us feel like at “home”.The facility and rooms were always taken care of and exuded cleanliness. The trash bins were changed frequently and good air circulation. The regulation regarding visitor check-ins made me feel comfortable for the stay of my mom and for everyone.Once again, my mom so grateful to stay at Vista Manor and keep up the excellent job! 🙏🙏🙏

The staff is very friendly & they were very attentive to all of her needs. We could not be more impressed!!! Food was good & place was very clean!

    Debby Woodward: Plum Tree Care Center took care of my sister while she was with hospice. I live out of state and was able to be with her for three days while she was in their care. Although she did not pass before I left, I was at ease leaving her in their care because of what I saw while during my time with her. Both day and night shift nurses, aids and other staff were so attentive to her and the other patients. They were always busy making sure their patients had their meds, keeping them clean and showing compassion to them and their families. The facility was exceptionally clean and they all took pride in their jobs. I would highly recommend Plum Tree and their staff to anyone needing their services.

    Karen Jones: To start this is a lovely place with beautiful gardens,the dining room you pass through to get to rooms is always filled with families ,games and tv , the staff is wonderful, the nurses are great,the activities director is wonderful and makes sure you have everything you need and tells you of all the fun things they do like live music once a week, the cook personally came in and made sure her food is exactly what she wants,and the food is quality restaurant style,they bring coffee,juice and snacks at 4 and the social worker and therapists are wonderful too ,everyone is nice and friendly, this is a perfect place to heal.If you want to be treated like royalty,come hear.And that includes family too.

    Rick Qiu: Moved my mom to this facility after being in Regional Medical Center and the experience was night and day. Kudos to Canyon Springs for stepping up and not following what their neighbors at Regional do.

    Elaine Hott: The caregiver team is a great group of people who are very professional. There are quite a few activities for the residents as well. They are very helpful to the visiting family members. They also give instruction to family members on how to take care of special physical needs.However, they do allow some patients to set up residence in the corridor instead of in their room. One resident eats and sleeps outside Rm29. They are loud and use abusive language at all hours, waking up sleeping residents.

She needs rehabilitation after in order for her to get better so she can go back to her normal life. The staff was attentive, caring and good in what they do. My mother got well and still active and happy at 90 years old.

    Rosalie Macias: It seems like no matter where you go all walks of life will enter everybody has a different View my mother is in this place I make sure she has Jesus and family priority we check on her everyday like we're supposed to as family we don't abandon our families in nursing homes we work together with the nurses instead of being negative I wouldn't let my mother or my father or any family member pass away in a nursing home why because we are constantly watching our family members my heart goes out to the facilities All Around The Bay areas it seems like there's negative comments everywhere like I tell my mom stay close to Jesus no matter what where we go cuz there's good and bad everywhere that's just how I feel about it I give every facility in the Bay Area five stars for doing their best that they can I'm sorry for the ones that have lost loved ones I've lost loved ones but it is also my responsibility to check on my own mother and my own family members along with these nurses and trust me I've had my own set of experience catching things but that's why I'm there because fortunately there's so many people in this world getting sick we need to come together and help each other out for the sake of our own family members because one day I'm going to be old too I'm going to need that same love and help from everybody else God bless you

    Gail Willman: The staff were ALL so wonderful and loving as they cared for my mother short term of 2 months. And when I say loving, I mean exactly that they treated her as if she were their family and she turn called them her children! They treated her with respect and dignity, they were on top of her care; from physical therapy, to occupational therapy, her medical, and even the activities director/ coordinator What is top-of-the-line care. There was a variety of activities for her to do to keep her entertained during her stay which I believe is a very important part of her recovery. From the moment you walk in everybody crazy with the friendly smile and a hello. They took extreme caution with Covid measures. Words cannot express how grateful we are for the care that they showed our mother!! I would mention specific names but I don’t want to leave anyone out .. everyone was an absolute essential key person in aiding my mother and helping her physically, , spiritually, and mentally! You must consider bringing your family members here. It’s a down to earth place with the most loving caring individuals that I’ve encountered in a long time, And I have personally worked on some top notch care facilities. This one is very humble, but it has a hugest HEART & GRIT as far as staff goes! And when it comes to my mothers care I’m not looking for fancy I’m looking for positive results.. and this facility offered that and so much more!!     Ken Noll: I was sent in from El Camino as a Covid positive patient...placed in the Covid ward to finish out quarantine, do re-hab work to make sure I could function w/o oxygen before my release...Adele, Dillon, Maria and the rest of the staff were very friendly and had a sense of humor...but it's good to be home...

    D E: Two months ago my family and I had to make the difficult decision to find an assisted living place for our loved one. From the moment we walked into Belmont Village Senior Living San Jose, we have felt at home. When we toured the location they explained everything in detail from the size of the rooms, to the meals, to the extra incidentals and all of the activities that are offered.When our loved one transitioned from a rehab facility, all of the staff at Belmont made it feel like a tight community. Everyone on staff, from the Pals to the nurses, the therapists and kitchen staff, they all make this a safe and loving place to live.     Eric Bodtker: After visiting many local assisted living facilities for a family member, we decided Belmont was the right place. It’s in a very convenient location near Santana Row. What impresses us the most was the professionalism of all the staff. Everyone we met before and after the move has always been helpful and in good spirits. We ate at the restaurant they have a few times and I was impressed with the quality of the food. A special thank you to Yaseen who helped educate and guide us through onboarding our family member. We’ve never had to do anything like this before, so are extremely grateful for him being there for us. And for our family member who moved there, well he couldn’t be happier. He’s been enjoying the activities they offer, making new friends, and is getting better each week thanks to their talented physical rehabilitation crew.

    Cathy Hegstrom: For a year and a half now, I come each week on Thursdays and every other Tuesday to provide music activities to the Assisted Living and Memory Care folks at Belmont Village. I've always found your facility to be clean, and the residents happy. The staff have always been very helpful, often going out of their way to ensure the success of the activities.
