Kien Lam: was just one day. At least one other shop quoted a 4 week wait, and yet another shop didn't respond to my initial inquiry for two days. Drop off and pick-up of my keyboard was simple and no-fuss.

Geoffrey Glibas: Proprietor is a great guy who is straight with you about what needs to be done to repair an instrument or amplifier and doesn't overcharge. Highly recommended! Heads-up, he is only working by appointment only, so call or text first.

They did not stock that type but the owner went the extra mile spending several minutes looking on the computer and in catalogs to find some. After he found out that I was a Taiko drummer he introduced me to some new ear plugs for musicians. Great customer service.

Suraj Unnikrishnan: I was calling different music repair stores to fix issues with my son's saxophone. One of the repair stores in the area had quoted a price to fix the issues that seemed reasonable but they had no time until late December to schedule the repair. In desperation I was reaching out to different stores on Sunday and stumbled upon Quicksilver. Speaking to Bob on the phone he was professional and courteous. He told me to come after an hour since he was busy with another customer. Upon arrival Bob quickly diagnosed the known issues but then fixed other problems we were not even aware of. He was quick, efficient, precise and more economical in his repair. We were in the place for maybe 15 mins and he fixed multiple issues while we stood there and watched. I would strongly recommend him and would definitely use his services in future.

Becky Owens: Robert does incredible work. Just picked up my King 3B trombone, and I can't believe the action on the slide. I won't go as far as saying it's like new, but after 39 years of playing it, I cannot remember the last time it moved like this. Also fixed my f-trigger that needed a broken piece replaced and screws too. He had them all in stock. Finally it's so shiny, even the mouthpiece is free of any tarnish. Can't wait to take it out and play tonight!
Grace Yen: My flute had some issue that the lower keys cannot function. I used to take my repair to music store for repair, but now during pandemic, they don鈥檛 even know when will flute repair guy will be there. Then I saw this nearby place with good ratings, and best of all, you can get estimates right on the spot. The owner, Bob took a look and within few minutes he found there was a loose screw, he fixed it. And he did not even charge me for any fee. I was like, shocked ! What a nice, honest and knowledgeable guy! Highly recommend!
