Doug Real: I have a 2019 Harley Davison, and despite the San Jose HD dealer nearby, the staff at Cycle Gear are knowledgeable and resourceful enough that I’ll go to them for parts first.I recently bought a jacket from Cycle Gear that turned out to be too snug, and they exchanged it for what I needed within 5 minutes. I decided to get a new pair of gloves during the jacket exchange, and a staff member walking by helped me out with his feedback on that product and other similar style gloves.The tire recommendations I’ve received from Cycle Gear staff have been spot on, and a happy handling motorcycle is always great. I’m wholly impressed by the San Jose Cycle Gear.

Wilbert Pena: Oscar is fast, knowledgeable and helpful. I stripped a bolt while installing a water pump and called Oscar to see if he could help. I brought my bike over the same day and immediately got to work. After he installed the new part, he inspected the bike and found a serious issue with the bolt that holds rear shock in place. He fixed it and got it back to me the next day. Honestly, Oscar saved a life that day. If the bolt holding the rear shock ever came off, it could have been catastrophic. 10/10, reasonable prices, honest and highly recommend him for any future service your bike may need!

Paul Kindelberger: Not many places around here to take a vintage bike. This was one of them. Andrei & John were very knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating & fair in their pricing. They worked on my bike several times. The last I spoke to them was in the fall & they said they had long-term projects to carry them over until the spring riding season. Well, it's getting to that time & I need some more work done so I went by there last week. Unfortunately, things apparently did not go as planned because the place was locked up with a For Rent sign on the door. Google says they are temporarily closed. Sadly, I think it's permanent.I really hope I'm wrong & Andrei opens up somewhere else. Guys like him are too few & far between. :-(Service:Brake service repair

Organized by "The Adventure Riders", and led by the Service Manager, Pete, each week takes a different route exploring the Santa Cruz mountains. Different route each week terminating at a different resturant.

EM H: If youre in the market for a BMW motorcycle This is the place to go! I've been in search of a new 2023 BMW 310GS since my fiance got his 1250 GS last May. Had to wait wanted a good down payment and to take the CHP riders course. Found one in Modesto, but got screwed over. Found another in Burbank, but 3/4's of the way there we found another at San Jose for $1300 less. We asked Burbank if they'd match the deal, they said no. So I called Alex and gave her my deposit. A couple hours later I called San Jose BMW to see if they could get me crash bars and clearwater lights. Add a little more to my deposit and they said everything would be installed in time for me to pick my bike up on 04.27.24.We live about 2 1/2 hours from San Jose and I have to say the drive was worth it. As soon as we arrived I spotted my bike on their red carpet out front. We were greeted by Alex and Amy as soon as we walked in. This place is freaking amazing! Because I took the CHP certified riding course I got BMWs $500 for apparel. So I spent about 20 minutes "shopping". My BMW boots are being shipped to my home. We were next taken to the service department where they explained service timelines and such. Back inside we completed all the paperwork and I was handed my keys! The service team even helped my fiance load my bike into his truck. Start to finish we were there a little over and hour. Even though we have a dealer/service center not far from home we will take both our bikes to SJBMW for service and to buy my upgrade when I'm ready. Thank you, SJBMW!

Arjun Ajjampur: Jim is an honest and trustworthy guy whose experience with Ducatis makes him indispensable. Came in with a weird issue where my hypermotard would suddenly lose power. Initially thought it was the servo and I plugged in a servo bypass. Couple of days later I stalled on 101 and managed to limp to Jim’s. He took a look and ran some diagnostics. Turns out the battery module was faulty and was cathode was broken. He promptly replaced the battery and I was back on the road in less than 30 mins.
Ryan Vallieu: Jim was a pleasure to deal with. He did a repair estimate for my rare Ducati Elefant. He helped me unload the bike at drop-off and load the bike at pick-up.His shop and parking lot are covered in customer Ducatis! He's a trusted mechanic for the brand for sure.

Michael Taylor: After dealing with three other shops, I had an intermittent problem that no one could seem to solve. I finally took my bike to OSC motorcycle service. Audi took the time to search out every avenue. With his persistence he finally found the needle in a haystack.
