Truly making a very difficult process extremely easy, painless, and their guidance was incredible. My mother had very specific wants for her final resting area and without hesitation, Ryan was able to work with me to accommodate those dreams to reality. Not only that, he assisted in making the design better than I had originally came up with. The entire team was very kind and understanding through this very hard process, I highly recommend them for anyone who needs similar work done. They have a high level of professionalism, knowledge, customer care and respect all around. They make you feel heard in your ideas and vision but also are able to help elevate them with the attention to detail they carry. The cemetery my husband is at in Napa, has a headstone company down the street that majority of people use. Couple weeks after my husband died, I went in there seeking more information and walked right out. The lady was rude, told me they couldn't make anything custom & that the granite I wanted was to expensive and she would show me something else. I went home and googled and came across Mattos Monuments, best choice I made. From even just the initial email I knew Mattos was going to a success. We came in for a consultation and Ryan made us feel at home, he made us feel welcomed, he showed me everything I asked for. During the process, he was always clear about the pricing and timeliness. My money was well spent because now my husband has a headstone that represents him exactly and who he was, the love he had for his car and life. From Dec 28, 22 to today Feb 28, 24 I very well may have over 100 emails, many calls back and fourth with Ryan but he never stopped communicating and answered every single one of my questions and emails. I could go on and on bc I truly am satisfied and impressed with this company. Apart from them knowing how to run a customer service company l, there work is absolutely beautiful.
