H & L Did an outstanding job for me. We had a late night pipe back up that flooded the entire kitchen with dirty water, soaked all cabinets, drawers and seeped into walls and flooded the carpet too. They came out, soaked it up, dried it out, sprayed de-germ stuff ( which they educated me about ) and got the whole problem solved promptly. The guys were kind, hard working and communicated throughout the process. I WILL DEFINITELY BE USING THEM AGAIN.
H&L Restoration did an excellent job of restoring my condo after water damage to the walls and hardwood floors. H&L was conscientious from start to finish, including photographing the layout of my living room and the damaged areas before beginning the restoration. The photos came in handy later when a second contractor failed to re-assemble a wall heater to it's original state. H&L was able to produce the photos and speak to the contractor on my behalf.

Richard Triola: We had a main sewer back-up affecting a third of our finished basement. They arrived 90 minutes after I hung up the phone . . . on a Sunday! Went to work immediately and was back four days in a row exactly when they said they would be there. Cleaned up and hauled out everything contaminated. They did everything they said they would and more!

Joni Rauen: It's like nothing ever happened! The area where we had severe water damage and rotting wood and flaking paint is absolutely perfect now. These guys matched the existing baseboards and trim and paint colors to a tee. Also found some areas where future water penetration could have occurred and fixed those too. When there was a need to add some exterior work to the job, they emailed me a detailed explanation and photos and the cost and then waited for my approval before starting the work. No surprises! And, since the work was done while we were out of town, every day I received photos and updates from our excellent point of contact, Shanun Niehoff. He answered every question thoroughly and QUICKLY. And was honest through and through. Just an all around good person and a joy to work with. I"m thrilled. Can't recommend HarenLaughlin highly enough!!!

Avivit Steinhart: We were overseas when we got a call from a friend that our backyard is flooded. We called Zion Lugasi from Zgreen Restoration. He came immediately to look at the problem. Found that the issue is at our back yard garden, went to them and shut the main water pump to stop the flood. We contacted our landlord and she and our neighbor opened a claim with their insurance and from this point on Zgreen restoration is working with the insurance and fixing all the damage. Noam Kedem: This is one of those rare cases where there are just no amount of words that would do justice to the gratitude I feel toward this man, Zion, who stepped up twice to save me from two catastrophic water and sewage damage events that happened consecutively in the same property almost one after the other with damages in the tens of thousands of dollars. I really can't speak highly enough of the professionalism demonstrated by Zion in taking charge of both the triage phase and the remediation and restoration phases. I simply don't know what I would have done without his counsel vis-a-vis the insurance company, city/permit officials, the tenants, the HOA, as well as the various contractors and vendors that were needed to restore the property and ultimately also renovate it. I would recommend Zion in a heartbeat. His communication skills, his project management skills, his coolness in the face of the magnitude of the damage, all helped me keep my cool and rest assured that things would turn out OK as they ultimately did. Leighsa Ayers: Dry one out was assigned to us after a water damage claim. We are very happy with their service, they were very accommodating followed instructions very well and we're always willing to go the extra mile. We were working with Gilbert and he was very good at keeping us informed of what was going on. He answered any questions I had and called back immediately when I called him. We worked with Alberto and Martine for most of the project and they were very respectful and followed instructions well. I figure it flooded for two days. when we return home we called our insurance company who inturn called Dry1. Within 2 hours they were on site starting the cleanup and restoration activities . The crews were very professional and Covid-19 aware for their and our safety. When the contractor repaired our house so we could at least sleep in our own bed again Adolfo and Ralph from Dry1 returned to unload the storage pod and place the furniture where we instructed. Again they were very Covid-19 safety aware and very helpful and professional. Brian Le: Jason and Raphael were amazing and extremely pleasant to work with. It was as if we were working with family or friends. Our home was flooded due to a fire sprinkler pipe failure. After the fire department shut off the water and we had a moment to breathe, the Dry 1 Out team arrived. They walked us through the entire process from filing a claim to mitigation and how to get our home back in order. Raphael was here every day to inspect the work that was done and the progress. He gave us updates and answered all of our questions. He even had to clear up certain items and address the claims adjuster directly, who was trying to downplay the situation. He made us feel very comfortable and made sure that the home was safe enough for our 9 month old. We honestly would not have known where to start or what to do if it were not for Raphael, Jason, Felix and the rest of the Dry 1 Out family.
Marjorie Hawkins: We were part of the CZU wildfire. We are fortunate to still have our house. We were evacuated for close to a month and during that time the electricity was off so you can just imagine how bad the smell was from rotting food in two refrigerators plus the smoke smell because our house was only 150 feet away from a home that burned down and a burning forest. We first tried to set up appointments with ServPro and Service Masters for the smoke remediation. They got our information and promised a call back within the hour but nobody called back. A company that was booked out four weeks gave us Dry1Out's number and we called. Shanna called me back and answered my questions. Plus, she had already had contact with our Allstate adjuster through another customer. She started the ball rolling. Everyone that came out to our house showed up wearing masks. The whole team were professional and friendly.The two techs that stood out were Adolfo and Sage. We just can't say enough good things about these two. They were very professional and hard workers. We always received a call from them when they were on the way to our house. If you choose Dry1Out as your restoration specialists, ask that they send out Adolfo and Sage and you'll be happy you did.
