Ken Martin: Have had Equiptek work on several pieces of equipment that needed repair over the years and I have come to enjoy when the need arises to go visit Felix. In a world where the answer to most failures is to discard and replace, I love that Felix can diagnose and repair well used units and return them back to service. Very knowledgeable; reasonable and prompt service. cannot recommend more highly!
Charles L Grey Jr: I purchased the USB interface kit for the Tektronix 577 curve tracer. The installation instructions were pictorial. I received excellent tech support whenever I was experiencing any level of difficulty with the procedure. The interface board calibrated perfectly. I was able to plug my USB cable into my Tektronix 577 and start the included software and much to my amazement..... The image I was viewing on my 40+ year old curve tracer screen appeared on my laptop screen. This curve tracer is built like a tank. When it was originally designed and manufactured, there were no provisions for saving or exporting or storing data. This upgrade kit breathed new life into this Tektronix 577. I would highly recommend Equiptek. The customer service is simply awesome 馃槑馃憤 The USB interface works wonderfully!

Ghulam Hasnain: The owner of Equiptek Labs is very knowledgeable on a large variety of old but still popular instruments, such as the HP4145 Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer, which was built in 1985 by Hewlett Packard. It is my all time most favorite, as it still runs flawlessly measuring currents on 4 SMUs from 10 femtoamps to 100 milliamps! But minor issues prop up from time to time due to aging, such as the old CRT display, or the old 3.5 inch floppy disk drive, but Equiptek Labs is very quick to figure out the issue and fix it very professionally and charge a very fair price. He has also repaired, for me and for UC Berkeley, relatively newer equipment like Keithley SMUs, Anritsu Optical Spectrum Analyzers, and many others. The best part is his very professional and no-nonsense attitude towards diagnosing the root problem and fixing the equipment very swiftly and correctly. It is a pleasure doing business with him.
