Destiny is beyond amazing. The purchase experience was already amazing, she is super professional, patient and kind hearted. We had some issues with the bed frame and she thought in our perspective and solved the issue for us. Even better than we wanted. I think every sales manager should be like Destiny. First and foremost the store manager, Destiny, is amazing. My wife and I were walk-in customers, not really knowing where to begin. She guided us throughout the entire process from A to . We told her about our needs and she asked follow-up questions to help us narrow down our search. She was very patient with us as she suggested a few different showroom models based on our answers and gave us time to try (and retry!) each one. We ultimately left that day buying our very first mattress+base together and couldn't have been more happy with our experience. There was never any pressure to buy something and being able to tap into her expertise alone was worth the price of admission, not to mention the amount of time we saved from aimlessly trying random mattresses or trialing things online blindly and relying on subjective reviews. Mattress Firm is very lucky to have her and I've already got word-of-mouth referrals on deck.

She went above and beyond her customer service skills and I was extremely satisfied with my purchase. This store is the best and I highly recommend coming here if you’re in the market for a new mattress or anything to do with sleep. Go see Tony, talk to Sarai, you won’t regret it!

He was patient, friendly and went above and beyond to answer all our questions and find us the perfect match for what we were looking for. We were shopping with our two young children which is usually a disaster but due to the setup of the store and the friendliness of the employees we were able to spend time trying out all the options. Thomas was also available via phone and email as well as in store which was helpful so when we had follow up questions after we left we didn’t have to go back in. I cannot say enough about the shopping experience and cannot believe we waited this long to get a good mattress!

Tony has been very helpful in walking through the process with me to make the purchase easy and clear.The experience of trying out the mattress is also great, you have the time and privacy to make sure the mattress is what you want. And after comparing several other brands of mattress, I like theirs the most, but everyone likes different kinds of mattress so be sure to take time to try it out.

It's very lucky for us to get a promotion of 50% off, the mattress is firm enough to hold his back and the pain is gradually reduced. The staff is also very friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this business if you are looking for high quality products and excellent customer services.

Nhung Bui: I bought a Serta mattress from City Sleep Furniture and I'm delighted with the experience. As a light sleeper who sleeps hot and needs minimal motion transfer, their knowledgeable staff recommended the perfect mattress for me. The Serta's cooling feature and firmness have improved my sleep quality significantly. They also have a price matching policy, though I couldn't find any place that sell the same mattress for a cheaper price at that moment.
