Avik: very popular so expect a bit of a wait. Make sure to get the parathas!Vegetarian options: As a vegetarian myself, I never find myself wishing for more variety here.
Rahim Khoja: Great place for Malaysian cuisineUsually, it is crowded and typically you'll have to wait to be seated during peak hours.Tables are too close to each other and it can easily get very noisy inside.Parking: Don't leave any valuables in the car
Francisco: Discovering Malaysian Cuisine at Banana Leaf in Milpitas, CAThis was my first time trying Malaysian food, and I’m upset that I didn’t try it earlier. My initial experience was with the Singaporean Black Pepper Beef Cubes at Banana Leaf in Milpitas, CA, and it was nothing short of amazing!A Flavorful FeastThe texture of the meat and sauce was incredible. The beef cubes melted in my mouth, offering a delightful chewiness that made it hard to stop eating them. Each bite was better than the last. I paired the dish with a side of rice and a refreshing Mango Juice from their Malaysian Drinks menu. The explosion of flavors was a pleasant surprise, and I couldn't get enough.Great ExperienceThe restaurant offers great parking, sharing space with Romano's Macaroni Grill. The wait time was minimal, and the ambiance inside was well-decorated with a steady flow of customers coming and going. It’s clear this place is a local favorite.Highly RecommendedIf you’re in the area, I highly recommend giving Banana Leaf a try. I promise you won’t be disappointed. The combination of fantastic food, great service, and pleasant atmosphere ensures I’ll be returning soon.Malaysian cuisine has won me over, and I can’t wait to explore more dishes at Banana Leaf. Don’t miss out on this culinary gem in Milpitas!- FranciscoWasHere Blog

Saif Elattar: Was my favorite malaysian place to eat. Their prices have inflated a little now. Food still very good though
H T: Very smoky and hot noodles, good sauce and bite. Especially chow kuey teow. Seafood curry was luscious and sweet with a lot of shrimp.Tea salad solid, fair price.Roti too thick dont recommend, chicken of the noodles was a little old but well cooked.

Carrie Law:
Victor Chen: и смывка накипи с супа
Justin Kyttle: Здесь отличная еда, потрясающее обслуживание.

Anu Chitrangana: Had veggie roll, nasi lemak, and a veggie noodle soup. Everything was okay and staffs were great. They have very limited menu.
Kian Lim: Dine in: Yes Takeout: Yes
Woozie: Great Soup, Friendly staff. Will visit again soon!
Albert Tsang: I enjoyed the nasi lemak. The chicken rice is more on the lighter side, which I think is more traditional. If you are used to eating some of the other chicken rice places that have garlic and chili sauce, this might seem a bit more bland. I still enjoy it though.
Caleb Yee: Chicken and rice was great! Fast service, but it was also pretty empty as well.
Ivan Yudhi: and the wonton noodle. The wonton noodle reminds me a lot to the noodles I usually get whenever I'm back home in Indonesia. It's not exactly the same, but the style and taste are very similar. They also have chendol, while it's delicious, it's a bit pricey. It's totally worth it though, although it's definitely not something I want to get every day.The wonton noodles though, I can eat it every day if I can
Haluk: Great for a quick bite. We got our food in 5 minutes and ate in our car in the parking lot. Vegetarian fried chicken was very good, it came with rice and some vegetables.
Johnny Louie: Great place for Malaysian food. Their chicken and rice is on point, moist with a great ginger dipping sauce. Kari Mee is one of my favorites.
Stanley Khoo: They carry essential Malaysian fares and do them great. Yummy and great value. Cafe style, you order at counter and pickup your food, no table service. But everything you need it's provided and great fast friendly service. My go to Malaysian joint.
Chuck Luu: Good food and comfortable environment.
