The staff is very friendly and helpful, they have amazing selection on all the major brands.One of the very few stores to carry almost a full line of Briggs and Riley.I bought a Briggs and Riley backpack and super happy with the produce and their experience.
Chaitali Dalvi: These folks are a very honest and upright business. They made a minor repair on a bag I got from them and also preserved a valuable that I had accidentally left in the bag. Great collection of items and very helpful staff.

Uday Bardai: . The owner-operator Ajju is excellent. He patiently explained all options in all price-quality ranges. He explained all features carefully. All answers were very straightforward. No sales pressure. The prices are clearly posted.One of the executive duffel was not in the store and he personally delivered in two days to our home! Now this is service above and beyond anything. Made us feel like royalty!It is really hard to buy luggage online -- without touching it and without assessing it in person. And, online, there is no service, there is no questions answered. And, most importantly, there are no interaction with a human who has a deep understanding of all options for your needs. Also, there is no price advantage to buy online.So, the next time, you need luggage, skip online, and head to Departures. I am sure that you will be delighted.
