They eliminated years of dust and build up to ensure a long lasting and clean look. Once the crew showed up I was met by Gonzalo who listened to all of my preferences and made extra point of emphasis to execute. We even had to make a few changes on the fly and they were able to accommodate with a smile. The crew properly and quite exhaustively prepped the home for painting, scraping, bonding, plugging holes, etc. They seemed to be a well oiled machine, which knew the process, knew the timing, and worked diligently, not rushing any portion of the job.
