Hailey Quatrell: First time user even though their facility is a stone's throw from my house. I am so impressed! I just left my clothes outside, they very unobtrusively picked them up, and less than 24hrs later I got them back, packaged and sorted beautifully. I was initially shocked at the 120+ price tag, but their pricing is very clear on the website, they charge by pound and I gave them 45 lbs of laundry. Again, all folded and sorted for easy putting away. They are a little too expensive for my regular use, but next time I get behind on laundry and need some help I will absolutely use this service again.

Arianna Rae: to try it out and it cost me $175 because I had blankets. It won’t lie, when I saw the price I had sticker shock. This was my fault for not fully understanding pricing before trying out the service but I wanted to warn others they charge almost $18 per blanket. I understand they have to make money, but if you run a day spa like me, it will cost you less to pay an assistant to take your laundry to the fluff and fold. Considering I buy my blankets in bulk, it would also cost me less to let each of my clients take their blankets home with them and buy new ones for each service. For towels and sheets or regular laundry I can see this being a great service but I would not recommend it if you have blankets

But sadly, I must say it started off awkwardly.When I arrived, I carried a laundry basket back and forth, looking for the entrance. I found this place because of Google search and had no idea it was membership only. I was ready to leave because I could not figure out how to enter, but I saw a doorbell. When a very nice lady answered the door, I was permitted to enter and offered a guest pass. Once inside, another man rang the dlaundromatoorbell and was denied entrance because there was only one guest pass at a time? To me, it was really weird and not easily understood as to what was going on?After being informed how things went there, I have to say I would gladly become a member if I were to need a laundrymat repeatedly.The premises were very well maintained, and all of the machines were also in really good shape.This laundrymat does not use coins. The laundromatcustomer places money on a plastic membership card, and you use that card to operate the washers and dryers.Although I was utterly bewildered by the membership thing, this was the nicest laundrymat I ever used.My only suggestion would be to make the entrance more prominent so as to not lose potential customers.

They’re very high quality, incredibly clean, and they come in a variety of different sizes. There was even a size for that one small load of whites that you always have but don’t know what to do with. There was an extra large washing machine that fit 2 comforters and 3 blankets inside.There’s a specific system used for these machines which enhances the cleaning process. I’m honestly blanking on the name but please feel free to ask when you walk and they’ll explain more.This is also a private laundry meaning they only accept walk ins at specific times and there’s someone available to help you pay for the machines with a specific card. The person that greeted us and guided us through all of the machines was incredibly helpful. Overall really great experience and very high quality machines. Everything I washed smells amazing ✨
Aaron Lee: This is for the Commercial Laundry Service of Marco Polo. Their service is reliable, quality is definitely 5-star. We're a small private healthcare clinic in San Jose, CA and I didn't want to go with a commercial company who rents out their sheets/towels/etc. since we've invested in our own sheets/towels/etc. over the years. We recently moved to a new clinic and no longer have laundry-service in-house. I am so glad I contacted Marco and got everything setup and it's been a breeze. Definitely recommend them to all businesses looking for laundry/pick-up service. It's $2.25/lb with a $45-pick up minimum, definitely worth it for the quality of service.

Katiuska Montana: This is an amazing place to do your laundry, it's clean, it's nice and the machines are really good. I had never had a problem until now. I go very often at least once a week, and now I would have to look for another place because I can never dry my clothes. It's busy with people who wash for hotels or I don't know. But they occupied all the dryers machines and I always have to wait for at least 30 minutes, so I can put my clothes to dry. It's just sad that I have to go to another place when I really like here.

S. Anna: My favorite laundromat; being going here for about 3 years. It's always clean, and there are machines always available, parking is limited though. The staff and owner are very welcoming and friendly. I usually do my own laundry, and I'm done within 1 hour and a half. Sometimes, I do drop off, and they typically do it within 24 to 48 hours, and they always neatly fold the clothes. The clothes always come out clean and fresh, and if it isn't, they will rewash them at no extra charge. It's not the closest laundromat to me, but it's worth the extra drive. 10/10 would recommend.
Protected Method: This was my first time ordering pickup and delivery for their wash and folder service. They were on time and treated me and my clothes in a profession manner, and even provided a laundry bag for my next order. Worth every penny!

Tim Carrizales: Been going here for a while. They don’t have hot water so beware. Free WiFi which is nice because I can read or watch tv while I wait for machines to finish. Some people are just inconsiderate with dryers so try to find a time where there aren’t many people

I travel a lot for business trips across California, and had never been to such a wonder laundromat with amazing customer service. When in San Jose, I will definitely be coming back here!

Nancy Vazquez: Was a very clean laundromat, the attendant Virginia was pleasant and helped me as soon as I walked in. They have a machine that dispenses a card to use the washers and dryers, she showed me the process and how to use machines. I went on a Saturday morning and was not too crowded at first but was much busy after 11am. Will definitely be returning to this laundromat

The staff are always cleaning the place. Anyway one day we had too much stuff to wash and we forgot a load of laundry in the washing machine. The next day I’m looking for a particular top that I know we washed and I couldn’t find it. We figured it out that we had forgotten is out it. So, next my husband goes over to and they dried our clothes and place it in bag. When husband went back to inquire to see if we left anything behind and sure enough it was there waiting for us to claim it. We wanted to to say thank u the staff there. We greatly appreciate ur kindness. Highly recommend this place.

Rob McAllister: Oasis Laundry is one of these San Jose / Santa Clara institutions that has been around for years. I have been patronizing Oasis for the past 20 years or so. The employees have changed over the years but they have been consistently friendly, nice and helpful. The place has always lacked the level of cleanliness that you would expect in a laundromat. It looks as though brooms were an after thought as the dust bunnies and dryer sheets sometimes run wild across the floor. With that being said, the equipment seems to be in good condition and running order. 4 out of 5 stars is a definite solid review and all in all I would recommend Oasis Laundry for all of your washing and drying needs.

Joanna Vii: Thanks for amazing experience once again!One of the things in every event is to prepare for any incident. One of the most common ones while eating is the clothes getting dirty. If the event space doesn't have the washers and dryers then the best option is to goto the local laundries like Launderlux and prepare some spare clothes changes for men and for women and for children until they are washed.Many times in larger events there are fabrics that needs to be washed before and after and the laundry has to have heavy duty machines as well like Launderlux has and therefore is my goto place in San Jose due to incredibly kind hearted service and the laundry deterrent collection so I don't need to worry but go to the coin laundry and select the right deterrent for the clothes and the soil level.I love the expertise and help for textiles in Launderlux too and that there are vending machines, coin change machine and restrooms for waiting.Thanks once again for the great service experience!With Love,Joanna

paul pallardy: Laundra locks hasn't changed it song if it has changed it it's only changed for the better it is still very decent place to do your own laundry yourself or as I do since I'm living in my car I have to take my dirty laundry there and they wash and dry and fold it and put it in bags for you and it's very reasonable prices I had like over 20 lbs of a dirty clothes and it was $22 for them to do it all for me I could either pick him up same day later or the next day very decent place highly recommended five stars update on laundry is hasn't changed it's still the same very good I highly recommend a man you should go there and if you want to do your own laundry there if they even sell detergent and all that stuff there the dryer sheets and everything
