Ojeda408: It’s cool place to wash your clothes. The machines clean pretty good 9/10 and the dryers dry somewhat 8/10. The service 6/10 angry Asian ladies. For some reason they’re always with a frown.

Tim Carrizales: Been going here for a while. They don’t have hot water so beware. Free WiFi which is nice because I can read or watch tv while I wait for machines to finish. Some people are just inconsiderate with dryers so try to find a time where there aren’t many people

I went there in the evening during the weekend and it was my first time there. I had some questions on when to add my softener and bleach, and a lady name Luisa kindly assisted me. She's such a kind and hard worker, she was never rude in any way and was happy to answer my questions. I travel a lot for business trips across California, and had never been to such a wonder laundromat with amazing customer service. When in San Jose, I will definitely be coming back here!
