Nastya Bespamyatnova: This was a third time for us buying a car at that particular dealership. Nikita Lavrenko, young fellow, was our sales rep. She did at great job! He knew the assortment of cars in the detail, when we narrowed it down to a particular model – he knew the car and inside out: technicalities and electronics and pricing. He was very helpful at the test drive truly showing us car features on the go. He would answer all of our questions, no matter how scattered we asked them, he would not forget a single one and would come back to it. His Russian language was very very high-level, he was a pleasure to talk to. Overall experience at this dealership with filing paperwork and necessary documentation with DMV and everything else was quick And efficient
