I managed a jewelry store at Valley Fair for 5 years and I really wanted them to be our primary jeweler for repair and custom work, but was never able to make it happen simply due to corporate bureaucracy - as a small family-owned business, they didn't have all the extra tax & insurance documents & policies my company required we have on file. Still, anytime we had work that needed to be done NOW, or that our factory or local jeweler couldn't do, we would take it to Master Fix & it would be done and perfect less than an hour later. Everyone in the family and the people who work for them are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my most unique and special pieces of jewelry.

They used the tool so we could see hearts and arrows, magnifying glass.We ultimately purchased our own diamond online, and they provided a service for $20 to actually validate that the diamond we bought has the number etched to the side of the diamond and matches the IGI report we had.Ultimately friendly people, I certainly will come back for other work for watches!
