Jenny Kwon: KEVIN here is truly the best. When I contacted customer service online and via phone, I was getting tossed around between the mobile department and the internet department. So I was pretty upset and ended up going to the store myself. Kevin was patient and calm throughout the whole process and he was professional. I was on the verge of canceling my business with Xfinity, hadn鈥檛 I met Kevin today I really would have.
