Not once did anyone not help me. The doors are beautiful and really changed the look of our rooms. I am considering more doors from TSDC even though I don't really need them just because of the service, quality and experience.

We had the please of working with Jacqueline K on the first part of the project, designing what we wanted based on a few sample pictures.The end result was exactly as we hoped. Installation took 1 full day and they once they were off an running they needed little direction from me. We would highly recommend the Sliding Door Company for these types of home office projects. The quality of the materials, paneling doors, locks were well made and very securely constructed.

The ordering and installation was excellent, thank you Jacqueline. This solution likely cost a bit more than building a plain wall and door...but it lets in light just the way we enjoy...our bedroom feels larger than it would with a solid wall! So many nights, before we turn off our lights, we really do often comment on the lovely feeling in our bedroom. Each morning, what a great place to wake up! During the day, this beautiful wall adds an amazing and homey architectural element to our living space. We never tire of the relaxed feeling and richness that our Sliding Door Company room divider brings to our home. One of the best decisions we’ve ever made!

Taylor Peck: I was originally intending to buy a fireproof door for a new ADU because an inspector said the current door would not pass inspection. I brought the door so they could measure it and create one that would pass code. Customer service came out to my car and assured me that we wouldn’t need to spend a minimum of $500 to pass code and that our current door would work just fine. I appreciated the honesty and would do business here in the future!

Rudy Alcala: I went with a materials only option due to budget and felt I was skilled enough to perform the install on my own.If you go with materials only I would highly recommend making sure you measure all jambs and if possible try and get the rough framing to be consistent or standard sizes. If not, you will need to do a-lot of custom cutting which could damage your material.If you are using a contractor, they will be responsible for the quality of the install, not the company.If you have adequate budget, I would suggest having the Interior Door company perform the install so they can come out take measurements and guarantee the work.

Wilbur Chang: We had to get 3 sets of closet doors replaced, and the entire process was super easy and pain free. From initial on-site consult to final install, everything was performed very smoothly. Communication was responsive throughout. Before we made the purchase we went to their showroom as well, and the staff there were helpful. Installers Fernando and Ray were very professional during the entire installation.After the initial install, there were some minor blemishes on the doors from the manufacturer, and Interior Door replaced them at no cost as part of their 1 year warranty.Highly recommend these guys.
