Anthony B.: Omar, one of the staff members, is very patient and spends an ample amount of time with each customer to ensure they are comfortable with their purchase. Omar also takes time to educate customers about all of the products that are available for purchase. Store is more fitted for selling products to cannabis businesses but a home grower can easily find hydroponic and garden essentials.

janeka white: My new garden place!...they have so much stuff for up potting my fruit trees and 2 of my passionfruit plants, and the woman at the counter helped me so much. I am in the process of rooting passionfruit cuttings for sale and seed sprouting another type. She looked up ways yo help me online without me asking for that kind of help. I bought 1 25-gallon and 2 20-gallon pots and matching saucers and soil. I asked so many places where I could get them, and no one would give me a good answer, or they would charge me $100+ for delivery. The price was so reasonable, I'm coming back asap for most of my purchases from now on.
Stanley: Best price for deep and wide pots. I found some 16-18 inch deep pots that is very hard to find. Home Depot and Lowes don’t even sell them and the closest match they have are $12-$15 each. While some local nurseries sell them for $20-$25. Rasa gives it to you for $8-$10.
Claudia: WOW. What an amazing experience. The store was impressive with a wide selection of products to meet various budgets. The staff was just as awesome! Carly was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I can't wait to find an opportunity to get back to learn more. This is a place to go out of your way for.

Variety of surge protectors. Grade 8 lock washers. Big stuff you normally would not find in other places. Better hardware selection that tractor supply in Gilroy.

Steve Hansen: Although not our "original OSH", it's a lot easier to shop here, than the big box store. Garrett was especially helpful in talking to us, and demonstrating the beautiful Traeger brand smoker's and grills. Hard to find anyone at the depot, let alone someone who can communicate features and benefits when considering a major purchase like a $3k bbq.
Kimberly Ann Graham: I absolutely love this place! I loved it when it was Orchard Supply Hardware and I love it now as Outdoor Supply Hardware! I can always count on them to have an amazing selection of whatever the seasonal items are. Starting with summer furniture and progressing through the year with Halloween, Thanksgiving and the grand finale Christmas! They have a good basic selection of your usual garden variety plants, some house plants and everything you need to get your garden in shape. I like to just browse the indoor aisles for bird feeders, fancy new hoses and all the other garden implements. The rest of the store is great too. I just don't use it near as much. But I will go here to look for those items as well. The staff on hand is extremely helpful.
