Tony and team did excellent work. They helped me with two projects for my home
1. Surround sound. Sound is amazing They did an excellent job with hiding the wiring and components as well.
2. Wifi. My house has had issues with signal strength and outages with standard equipment, so Tony and team created a new network of wireless access points through the house, off of a Cat6 backbone so that we can plug in via ethernet as well if needed through the entire house. Zero calls dropped since.
Expectations and pricing were clearly communicated. Give Tony a call and see how he can help with your AV or connectivity needs.
This definitely shouldn't have been a delayed review and I should've written one sooner. Tony and his partner were both AMAZING. In my initial research, I had contacted a few spots around the South Bay and never felt entirely comfortable with the interactions with the folks I spoke to until I connected with Tony. Communicating with Tony was always on point and he's so knowledgeable - you can truly tell that he cares about you as a customer and will ensure that he's met all of your expectations and beyond. I was so impressed by Tony and his partner's service that I referred him to my sister and she eventually hired him to mount her TV a little over a week later. Look no further - Tony is the guy to help you.

Scott Spetter: ..Tony's rates are very reasonable, however he has not chosen to become authorized by the major manufacturers because they pay completely inappropriate amounts for in-warranty service.You can really save yourself a lot of hassle, by just starting out with the best. Give them a call.
Chris Cook: Have used this company a number of times for Home Theater installs plus TV wall mounting and they do a great job at a fair price.
Joy Walsh: through my Receiver and programmed my Universal Remote so I didn't have to have four remotes to operate each item. He is very knowledgeable. I recently got a Firestick so I could get Amazon Prime programs and explained everything to me patiently so I could operate it. Tony goes above and beyond to solve your problems.

Fernando and Lisa were professional, clear in their communication, provided the resources I needed to make a good decision, and set up a predictable installation schedule. The installation itself was done with thorough dust protection, clear programming instructions, and with a friendly but professional style. The shades are great providing exactly what I wanted in a modern look, great sun protection with 'black out' functionality, and flexible automation via the Lutron App. I highly recommend Haven & Wire and Lutron!

Haven & Wire did an amazing job, and are everything you wish other contractors could be. We had a thorough walk through, consultation, and quote which gave me confidence that they really understood the project. I received the design and contract electronically, where all signatures were conveniently handled. They laid out a day-by-day project plan for the entire project, scheduled around our challenging work and school schedules at home. They broke the project into several phases to minimize the disruption to our home. Communication was impeccable, keeping us posted as we went, immediately addressing issues that arose. We finished on-time, in-budget, and we can now have our four simultaneous zoom calls smoothly without any drops or glitches. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
