Randy is a warranty agent and certified service agent for the major water heater/boiler manufacturers committed to renewing his certifications, thus, maintaining a level 5 tech status.

Coordination of dispatching on a company-wide level from emergency work, custom projects to routine planned maintenance, always utilizing boiler industry expertise for effective scheduling and dispatching. Our sales department maintains our preferred manufacturer relations with Cal Hydronics, Lochinvar, Pace and Osbourne.

Steve contributes over 35+ years of industry experience and business ownership. He collaborated with local Union management to produce a quality trained workforce to service the local boiler industry. As a long-term board member of the Joint Apprenticeship Training Center (JATC), as well as, a director of the County of Santa Clara Plumber's Board of Examiners, Steve Ciari continues to directly support the Union based training programs in the area.
