Vince Martel: Love this place! Anytime I don't know where something is and I'm wandering the isles looking, there's ALWAYS at least one Ace employee that asks if they can help me find something. Prices are competitive, and so far, they've had everything I've needed for any home repairs. This ranges from electrical to plumbing to humane mouse traps. Checkout is also rather quick and the cashiers are always friendly and generally ask if you've found everything you needed. Last but not least, they DO accept old florececent bulbs for disposal. Great place, will continue to go back!

Order arrived one day earlier than expected and was in great condition. Store offered ship to home, ship to store along with curbside pickup if you waited. When arrived at store.my order was waiting right.up front ready to go. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Excellent customer service. Definately reccomend

Jon H: Super friendly staff. Came in for a paint brush and they tried to ask what I'm using it for so I didn't buy the wrong one for the task at hand. Then they directed me to suitable options, charged me for the item and then told me a dad joke after. They also stock some locally made frozen pies in store!Will definitely come back again.
Chris McManus: They usually have what I need and the employees are knowledgeable and helpful but my only qualm is their prices. But considering their location I guess the overhead cost is probably pretty high. But if you don't mind the extra couple of bucks I definitely recommend this place.

The cashiers always greet you at the door, and for a small hardware store, I almost never leave without what I need. I needed a place to find gardening supplies and saw that this store was nearby. Vince Martel: Yea, did have ONE bad paint experience here but has been positive since. This is old school OSH, where 9 out of 10 times they ask if you need help finding what you're looking for. Most times they do have it. Prefer coming here vs Home Depot where you can walk around for 5-10 mins trying to find what you need and NO ONE asks if they can help you find what you're looking for. This now my first stop when I need any home repair parts or any items for painting.

Linda Wallace: You kind of take customer service for granted these days. In the times after covid, people don't seem to want to interact with each other anymore - so imagine my surprise when I got the best customer service at this delightful little Ace hardware! It's a bit of a drive for me so I called first to make sure they had the item I wanted on hand, and the young man working there not only checked he had it waiting for me when I arrived. Very respectful very nice - very refreshing! The store looks deceptively small from the outside, but it is huge inside and they have EVERYTHING! Even though it's a bit out of my way, I will definitely come back to this location for the products, and for the nice folks who work there!

Martin Bernal: Good hardware and tool selection. Very similar if not a larger variety of hardware than Johnson lumber in Morgan hill. 3/8 grade 70 chain by the foot. 3/8 grade 70 grab hooks. Variety of surge protectors. Grade 8 lock washers. Big stuff you normally would not find in other places. Better hardware selection that tractor supply in Gilroy.

Garrett was especially helpful in talking to us, and demonstrating the beautiful Traeger brand smoker's and grills. Hard to find anyone at the depot, let alone someone who can communicate features and benefits when considering a major purchase like a $3k bbq.
Kimberly Ann Graham: I absolutely love this place! I loved it when it was Orchard Supply Hardware and I love it now as Outdoor Supply Hardware! I can always count on them to have an amazing selection of whatever the seasonal items are. Starting with summer furniture and progressing through the year with Halloween, Thanksgiving and the grand finale Christmas! They have a good basic selection of your usual garden variety plants, some house plants and everything you need to get your garden in shape. I like to just browse the indoor aisles for bird feeders, fancy new hoses and all the other garden implements. The rest of the store is great too. I just don't use it near as much. But I will go here to look for those items as well. The staff on hand is extremely helpful.

Sure enough Dan knew I had called and immediately provided me with the screws. Better than the big box stores and Ace Hardware.

David Ng: Excellent customer service and it's nice to see a business that can offer better pricing than a behemoth like Amazon that is bent on market domination.
