vincent katharua: Bought a watch from this store and the sales guys were helpful especially the lady. The one star less is for product knowledge. I asked the smart watch generation and the guy insisted its a gen 3 but it was a gen 5, and on realizing that he made a mistake he stared saying that the generation is software and not the watch, which is not case. So the watch was low on power and I asked if i could use my phone's powershare function to wireless charge the watch and the guy said that wasn't possible. The guy seemed alittle sensitive and I just ignored . I think its perfectly normal not to know everything, but wrongly justifying incorrect statement is misleading.

Allison Kay: I came here with my mother to get her a birthday present and we were welcomed right away by security and staff members. I forgot the name of the gentleman assisting us, but he has glasses on. He was very patient and brought out many options for my mother to try on. We were in and out of the store in a matter of 20 minutes without feeling like we were rushed. We were also offered cool beverages which is a bonus because it was hot. I would definitely recommend coming here because we never felt ignored and the person who helped us was very attentive as well.

Trinh Pham: I came here on Mother’s Day weekend to buy a gift for my mom. It was not that crowded compare to other luxury stores. The manager and sale people were friendly and helpful. Great service. They also provide sparkle water on a hot day. They also have flowers and beautiful handwritten letter for moms when purchase a product on Mother’s Day. Will add this store to my list whenever I shop.

Madina Aryeh: I had a very nice experience at this store. I liked a couple of men's slip-ons on Prada's website and wanted to see how men's size compare to women's. The salesperson brought a couple of pairs of men's shoes without skipping a beat. It didn't work out but I am happy I was able to figure it out without ordering online and then returning shoes. No snobby attitude, a very nice relaxing atmosphere.

When abroad, I get a lotof compliments about my Prada dresswear.Of special interest, are the travel accessories for the savvy traveler: The Prada Lunch Box and Water Bottle. As a frequent traveler, I had to purchase those right away. And I suspect, they will become a collector's item since Prada is ahead of the curve.

Mary N.: They're known for their service, and rightfully so. From jeans for a picky nine year old to an MOG gown, they have it all. Yes, the designer pieces are expensive, but there are other lines that aren't, and even the designer stuff goes on sale. The staff in cosmetics usually know their product line, and are helpful.
