Bo treated us as friends and provided a no pressure approach to getting the tub we desired. He listens well and provides choice that work for us. Sheena is incredibly knowledgeable and down to earth. She knows how to get things done effectively and efficiently. We continue to go to her for advice. Doug and Jr. round out an incredible team at the Santa Cruz location, providing fast service and excellent, understandable information. All in all, a great experience. Almost as pleasant as actually sitting in our new hot tub.
