My results were astonishing, I booked my buy one get one free 2nd appointment right after and came back 4 weeks later for a free wax. When I missed my 2nd appointment because I was sick Teresa was very understanding and rescheduled my appointment for later on in the week. So you might be lucky like me and get in much sooner. She's one of four electrolysis providers that work with Kaiser. She's the only one though that gave me confidence she knows what she is doing and will rid me of the rest of my facial hair after laser and another electrolysis provider. She exudes confidence and has a bubbly personality.Along with working with me to find a time during the week that will work for me. She does not normally work on weekends, but does sometimes.I never write a review prior to seeing someone, so that shows how much confidence she gave me after talking to her on the phone and through text.I don't expect the review to change after my first appointment, but if it does I'll update it.

Typically you listen to a podcast during the session, but often you’ll be talking back and fourth with her, which makes the time fly by.She did a lot for me, definitely more than she had to, including fitting me in for crucial extra appointments, or letting me know if any openings were available. Unlike other electrolysis providers, once you’re in, she’ll be sure to fit you in consistently, so no fighting for slots.
