Bay Viewz: This location is on the smaller side but I am impressed with the cleanliness of the place especially the restroom where they actually spray and mopped the floor unlike other locations. It has only 3 Smith machines as opposed to 4 that most other locations has. Other than that I would recommend this location.

Heather Ballance: Jerry J is a great fitness trainer! I came with my daughter and watched him in action. The place is clean, pleasant and has just about everything!

Yolande Tian: Great swimming pool and group lesson classes. Love the attached coffee lounge, friendly staff.

Tom McGhan: Premium gym with premium amenities. Daycare on-site for 2.5 hours/day for members. Clean, spacious location with excellent pools for lap swim or fun, more machines than you could possibly need for your workout, which guarantees minimal or no wait for the equipment you desire. Friendly and helpful staff that is always excellent every time I need them. Just prepare to pay a premium price for membership.

Jennifer: I have been a member of Forma gym for about 12 years now. Employees are nice and so are the members. I enjoy going to all the group exercise classes. Equipment and showers are clean with readily accessible disinfectant spray bottles to use on equipment. Although, there are two improvements needed one being new towels since currently the towels are getting old and thin. Another needed improvement fix the lack of a/c in the small work out room.

I don't think they ever stop thinking about how to make this place better and better. The outdoor cross fit area is awesome, the pool area is great, the staff is super friendly, and overall the place is comfortable for the whole family from kids to grandpa and grandma and everyone in between.

Best club for the money 💰 in the South bay thanks to the staff at Forma.

Emily Lam: Orange theory works y'all. Trust in it when I say so. I have been to other gyms and programs, but this is the one. I've been a member for the last 3 years at this studio. They truly make an effort to get to know their members and get them to their fitness goals. Justine the studio manager is very passionate about her work and is always asking members for feedback to improve the studio. The front desk is always welcoming and has the jams to get you pumped up from the moment you walk in. All coaches here have their own music styles, but you are guaranteed a good workout every time. This studio stands out to me the most and is my home studio because the coaches really do care about you. From your form, the weight selection you choose, to the speeds on the rower/threads. They will coach you through the entire class, calling you out when you are slacking. I seriously cannot believe after 3 years of attending, no workout is ever the same. That is just unbelievable. You never know what you are walking into each class! Thank you OT Willow Glen for being part of my life long workout journey and pushing me past my limits.

The front desk staff is very welcoming, and the studio manager Justine is always looking for feedback on how to improve the studio. The team comes up with creative ways to get us to participate and the music is always fun. If you ever get a chance to take class with Adam, you’ll get a great a workout. Everyone is super social and it’s also a great place to make friends. Thanks to Orangetheory for getting me on that treadmill! Highly recommend.

All the coaches are extremely supportive and go through all the movements each class and plenty of stretching before and after is great as well. I have become so strong and healthy while going here and plan to keep going for as long as possible.

Kassi Honeycutt: When I moved into the area, I didn't know anyone. Coming to Croga was a godsend. Everyone is so immediately warm, and friendly! I made fast friends that became friends inside and outside of the gym. It's such an amazing community. I appreciate the knowledge and expertise of the coaches, because let's be honest, we aren't all in pull up shape. But not to worry, if you can't do something due to strength, mobility, or injury, they will modify it for you so you still get an amazing workout. Just drink the Kool-Aid and come join us already!

Truthfully, I was not super hyped on the CrossFit aspect of working out and that was mostly because of the intimidation factor, but Croga has made it less about competition and instead, they just focus on having a good workout, using proper form and doing things in as safe a way as possible. The staff is friendly and helpful.Coach Adrian is the ultimate personal trainer! His dedication, knowledge, and passion for fitness are truly inspiring. With Adrian's guidance and support, I've seen incredible progress in my workouts and overall fitness level. He's the only trainer I have worked with who is diligent about my lower back issues, and actively incorporates strengthening exercises to facilitate better back mobility and safety. I definitely recommend personal training sessions with Coach Adrian.

Cristian Garcia: but it’s helped me lose 7.5 lbs over 2 months without losing strength. My main issue honestly was my diet and having someone hold me accountable through my food diet is what helped me so much. I don’t purely eat salads or whatever, I just am more conscious of my caloric intake and where I’m at for protein in a given day. It’s been a very engaging experience! Honestly I kind of hit a wall with the gym because I was starting to get bored so having a trainer was the switch up I needed because I probably would’ve never done HIIT or abs as often as I do with Adrian.Now there can’t be a gym without any BAD stuff. Only thing I have a problem with the gym is how crowded it can get during peak hours. I’m a morning person for the gym so it’s not really a problem for me. But if you’re trying to workout after work then you’re gonna have to be waiting just as much as you’re actually working out. So you’ll just have to see what you’re comfortable waiting for. I mean it is a cheap membership so naturally there’s gonna be a lot of people. So if I can’t workout in the morning I just don’t even bother, because I’m extremely impatient when it comes to waiting in lines or being a wallflower at the gym waiting for my turn on a squat rack or a bench press. At least in the morning, people are always super nice! You can ask for a stranger for spot, advice or just make conversation with someone if that’s what you’re into. I definitely hope they expand abit more in that gym or even include a sauna.You don’t need to spend $100/month for a good workout. You just need a good routine, mentality and a gym that encourages you to do better. I’m in the military so I’ve been around the US jumping from membership to membership but I can definitely say Crunch Fitness is definitely #1 when it comes to customer service, support and overall just being able to consistently get a good lift every time you get there.

Wing Chiu Tam: Good gym. Very nice equipment. Have a sauna and a steam room. Classes are included in the membership. Hard to find a deal better than this in the area.

Michael Velez: Well kept facility that allows you to explore your health in many ways. Missing a key feature a pool but all in all a respectful environment.

Bob Barrie: The equipment is top-notch. There are a ton of different machines available. My trainer Allie does a fantastic job. She really cares about my progress and always shows how to every exercise.

Max Liu: Great vibe, and very friendly staff. The people that go here are generally very nice as well. Never had any trouble asking to work in, and even got some great coaching advice from others when I asked about an excercise they were doing. Very much a community feel. Only drawback is the place can get a bit stuffy / smelly around peak hours. Ventilation can be improved.

Susana Hamilton: This is an outstanding program with outstanding people running it. The trainers, coaches are outstanding. I have been in the program since 2017. I still have lots of work to do but the journey and work completed thus far, has been amazing and worthwhile. Don't even blink, do it.

Melissa Hippard: Method3 offers exactly what I need. A whole person approach that has helped me lose weight, work on fitness and feel more in balance in my body and mind. I am just completing the Thrive35 program and I am happy to report that I ate plenty of food all day and lost weight. The recipes and support from Sue Davis are fantastic. The personal trainers and group fitness classes are great, every class is different and challenges my body and mind. Personal training sessions are helping me focus and evaluate progress toward my goals. Two thumbs up for Method3.

They also offer nutritional guidance to fully embrace a healthier lifestyle.As I continue to work with my personal trainer, Hollis, I feel confident that I will be able to regain the muscle mass I've lost over the past few years safely. He's direct and clear with his instructions and always encouraging. I'm definitely looking forward to the journey.

Teresa Huntley: Method3 is a great place to workout. It's not a normal gym. The personal training, group classes, nutritional guidance, community support is amazing. You don't need to be in shape to start at Method3. The Coaches know how to train you to gain flexibility, strength and confidence. I especially enjoy Alan Yu Gettin' Loose 2 class. This class focuses on gaining flexibility, stretching and getting stronger. It's a great way to ease into full workouts. You won't go wrong with Method3. It's a special place for all body types and people that want to improve themselves.

Kristi Alexander: Before I started with HSC in 2022 I was trying to get use to my new normal. I was diagnosed with RRMS end of 2019 and I was on disability for 6 months. I had to make a lot of life changes. I knew I needed to start getting active because that’s what my doctors wanted. I slowly started riding a stationary bike at home during the pandemic, started hiking with friends and then started working out one day a week at a friend’s house. It was my friend George that spoke so highly of his trainer Anthony at HSC. He had been working out with him for a while and convinced me to stop in for a workout to see if I would be interested.I have now been with HSC for a year & a half and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. From day 1 everyone has been so welcoming & encouraging. My trainer Anthony has been amazing. He listens to me & will alter workouts due to some of my health challenges. When I first started with him, my back was always hurting & I had major balance issues. He has helped me work through it all. He is so big on correctives & mobility and I can say I no longer have that back pain. My balance is so much better and I’m stronger than I have ever been. I never thought I would be squatting, deadlifting and bench pressing the weights that I do. I’m definitely an over thinker and I doubt myself a lot. Anthony will always encourage & push me because he believes in me and knows I can do it. I’m so much stronger & happier because of him. Thank you Anthony for all that you do. I looked around for a place that wouldn’t be intimidating but was a serious gym. Elaine Nguyen: I entered a 6 month semi-private training with them and during the whole time there was absolutely wonderful! The coaches there are so energetic/optimistic/fun! Especially Nicole, she was my trainer. I’ve never worked out after high school so I never knew how to do certain exercises like deadlifts and so so much more. Nicole is always encouraging me to do more, she is so patient and understanding with me whenever I worked out. She’s also great at small talk so it’s never awkward. Shane also trained me for a week while Nicole was gone, he was also patient and a great guy to talk to. Although the prices are a bit steep, they have different options and multiple classes for you to choose/join. I love both the coaches and their gym there. Highly recommended.

My fitness was pretty directionless for a few years and it’s so nice to have steady progress and great feedback to work with now. Lucia Montoya: This Gym is the BEST you can find to accomplish your fitness goals! It's a "boutique" kind of gym, the classes are fantastic, in 45 minutes you are in and out and make you move EVERYTHING workouts are amazing, the trainers are very professional and also fun! Don’t be intimidated by the name, Elite Spartans has been the gym and team I’ve been looking for all along. I’ve attended nearly 140 boot camp classes and 40 weight training sessions this year alone which has been a hugely positive impact on me since all I use to do for exercise was too much cardio. The trainers and staff truly care about the members and are always helpful, positive, and supportive. The best part is being able to go and get great exercise in, often at the extremely convenient non-work hours, without having to think or plan; the classes are all engaging and challenging and mix in different exercises every day so you’re never bored and always working out different parts of your body. I am the healthiest I have been in nearly 20 years thanks to finding Elite Spartans. Highly recommend signing up for a 6 week challenge to get yourself going!

I have never experienced a problem with over crowding inside the gym, however, it is located in Downtown San Jose & parking can be a drag.It is open 24 hrs & the staff is very helpful, friendly & accommodating.I was also able to find a HOTWORX during my recent trip to Albuquerque, NM. I was very happy to be able to keep my exercise program going, while visiting family out of state. Besides, parking, my only other gripe, would be that there needs to be HOTWORX locations all over the place, especially here in California and the Bay Area. I want them to all over the place and accessible to more people.

Juanita Cabada: The best infrared heat workout ever! It is so good for all types of relief of pains. Bad knees, no problem it relieves the pain so you can come back consistently. Back pain just roll it out on a special foam roller that doesn’t melt. I keep coming back, I’m slightly addicted which is a great thing to be addicted to. The staff are amazing people that really care about the wellness of their members. Doesn’t matter where you are at in your fitness journey. Come try it out you won’t regret it!

They're safely open 24 hours, clean, provide free weights, and of course a wide variety sauna workouts that make me sweat way more than I EVER would without the infrared heat. Munish: One of the best and largest gyms I’ve ever been to. Very spacious astrturf floor for sleds, good amount of boxing bags and friendly staff.

steven scher: I swim 3x a week in the morning every week for 2 years and never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a lane. I don't understand the previous post from a swimmer complaining they could not get a lane in the morning. And the pool water is fine, perfect temperature.
