John Canavan: I had a garage door spring break, which left the door down and not able to open. I called Precision Garage Door and they were able to send Antonio out in a couple of hours. Antonio got the door open so we could get the car out, and then fixed the broken spring, replaced cables and rollers, lubed and balanced the door. It works perfectly and Antonio coul not have been more courteous and friendly!

Sarkiss Parvin: Tuan is a nice guy. I have used their service twice in recent years. One time to replace the garage door opener and another time to replace the door sensor which was malfunctioning, both time with a reasonable price. Recently I had remote opener range issue, Tuan came over , explained th eissue and told me how to easily fix the issue, he even provided me with free wiring. I followed his instructions and it did actually work.This is called "CUSTOMER SERVICE".

Keith stopped by and helped me re-program my opener to make sure old tenant won't trespass through garage door. When Keith came, tenant was trespassing into our house. I had to call police to come. Keith stayed with me supporting me in many ways. I would highly recommend GDI service if you need to change your garage door opening system.

Albert Truong: Great service!we have two large 16x8 lift style garage doors that needed repair/replacement. a few years back one of them failed and the garage person back then told us our style doors are old and needed to be replaced with the new sectional style doors. we decided not to do it.fast forward another 8 years and the second one failed, so we called up proline to check it out and give us an estimate.david from PGD was super helpful and recommended to us a full rebuild since our doors were still in good condition. no need to replace it all!the full rebuild involved replacing all the door hardware, springs, and we got new motors. he focused heavily on making sure our doors were even and opened/closed without issue. before we had large gaps and the door wouldnt close all the way. now they look GREAT!Overall david and proline garage doors offer a great and friendly service. they always kept me informed of schedule and when parts would come in. they were very responsive with all my questions and were very professional. im pretty happy with their service.super pro!

Michael Li: Despite of the problems 3 years ago, which was corrected. It turns out Mike is still a good guy, who picked up the phone at 0729 yesterday. I told him about the garage door opener had no electrical power - no lights, no sensor and did not respond to remote controls. I recommended we get a new one because I think I might have fried the circuit board while fixing something else. He went to worked right away and got an identical unit so we don't have to do the tracks again. His guy was going to come by to install the new unit in 3 hours. His guy called around noon to notify me that he was picking the unit and at the same time I checked the "fried" unit and guess what , lights and sensors came back on and he helped me over the phone to set the belt engage the door again. No fuss at all for missing the work from Mike and his installer. Sorry i woke you up that early in the morning.

David Edwards: My garage door opener failed after 17 years. I reached out to Level 10 Overhead Door for a quote and heard back from Omar almost immediately. Within minutes my appointment was scheduled and Cesar arrived an hour later. Cesar was very friendly and incredibly helpful. An hour after he arrived, the new unit was installed and he even fine tuned all moving parts of my garage door and also programmed my car's built-in remote button. My old system was extremely noisy, but the new one is so quiet it is almost silent. I'm incredibly happy with their amazing service and recommend them highly!
Louis Gaudin: Both rollers broken on my roll up garage door. My car stuck inside the garage. Called Omar, the owner at approx 11:45 am He said someone would be at my house between 2 and 3 pm the same day. Caesar, one of his techs showed up at 10 minutes after 2pm. Very prompted. He replaced 2 rollers, repaired broken cable, replaced 3 broken hinges, which I was unaware that they were broken. Caesar also did some preventive measures on the system and was completely finished in less than an hour. Parts, including springs warranty for 5 years Parts and labor much, much less than want I expect. Highly recommend his tech Caesar. Nandu Ramani: My garage door was stuck in the morning on a Monday morning. Elad came in an hour. We had to replace the snapped cable and Elad also replaced the old system all within an hour. His prices are reasonable and he was very quick to finish the work. He also tweaked the garage door that was bent and set everything up fast. If u need work done quickly and well, Palms Garage door is ur person. I have used multiple garage door folks but he seemed to be the best. In addition to Elad and his brother there are 5-10 other technicians so they have u covered in case of emergency.
