Kristynn Sarmiento: First time visitor. Stopped by hoping to find a rockband bundle. Bought some VHS movies. Great deal!! Lots of great toys, collectibles, games, etc. We will be back.
Toma Antilles: This place was neat. Good location, right near Civic Center. They have tons of cool stuff, but unfortunately none of the specific games I was looking for. Prices were above or around market.

Scp Noobers: Great place to go, large selection of games, nice employees and even comics. My only complaint would be it's a little dirty but that's because its downstairs.Edit: probably one of the best game stores in SJ

Anthony Nguyen: I'm mainly interested in pokemon and yugioh singles. Compared to their valleyfair/great mall locations, their selection of this stuff is a little weak/smaller.Its a really cool store with other products btw. A few years ago, I guess it was the "main" store of their four locations. But I feel like they put a little more effort in valley fair/great mall for singles in the past year or two. Their eastridge location is the biggest imo. Just not the biggest singles selectionBy nature of the mall though, eastridge is the easiest to park and get in/out

Devik Schreiner: I recently began a project at work where I needed a place that specialized in the types of games and materials that Game Kastle has. They have a section against the wall with huge discounts. I really like how friendly all the employees are and how helpful as well. The Santa Clara location is equally great.

Michael Murphy: Honestly: My opinion is not unbiased. I'm a former employee. The store manager and assistant manager now, were both my coworkers back then. I think the store is great, I'm somewhat saddened that hours are dictated by when the mall is open.

Nora Ismail: I was in and out in a heartbeat.The employee was super helpful.They had the joy-con for the Nintendo Switch in stock. Nintendo needs to make better Joy-cons because this is the second or third one I had to replace. I can't recall.

J: Employees here are super nice! I don’t usually like GameStop, but I like this one. Atmosphere of the place was chill and laid back. We were able to browse at our leisure and look for games. Ended up buying some Jojo figures! Full price for tokens here but we’ll worth it!
