Josue Sanchez: Maintenance team is very attentive to issues nd works quickly to resolve them. Brenda from the office was exceptionally helpful as well replacing my lost keys.

Jose Nunez: My fiancé and I had the opportunity to tour Pavona Apartments last week with the leasing agent, Melissa. She was not only kind and courteous, but was also able to answer all of our questions about the property. The apartments were clean and the amenities seemed to be on par. With nearby access to San Jose's Japantown, we are seriously considering becoming a part of the Pavona Apartments community!
David Pech Cardos: I had the best tour with Melissa recently, she was honestly the best leasing agent has provided me a tour. Ask for her !!!! I cannot express how knowledgeable she was on the tour and how welcoming she was as soon as I entered the front doors to the office. I LOVED the community! And I will be applying soon! The 1x1 was very spacious and the community looks very well maintained. Once again Thank you Melissa!!!!!

Julie: I’ve been living here for 3 months. The people here are very nice!George and Lynn are very responsive and very friendly. Destiny is always very patient and helped me a lot.
Martha Montufar: We moved in a little over 3 months ago and love it!!!!! After having to move out quickly Destiny and the rest of the staff was helpful and friendly in a stressful situation. One of the biggest plus is they recently opened up a park in the back of the complex and having to babysit my 2 year old granddaughter that was an added bonus and you get to meet more of your neighbors that you would not rarely see. We look forward to staying and enjoying our new home!!!
Anthony Selkowitz: Maintenance is super fast in responding to issues and fixing them quickly. Super friendly too.
Ivan kirk Acayan: We lived here for 2 years and couldn’t say anything but great reviews. Sean and the leasing office are always helpful and on top of concerns within your unit. This is one of the few places where I’ve lived where the maintenance staff come within 48 hours of an order. Likely shorter and almost immediate with “higher priority” type of issues. George and Lin are both great. Ended up moving out due to work but highly suggest.
natalie aleman: The LINQ has been a great intro to San Jose. The staff has been so welcoming and take care of all our needs when they arise.Lynn, has been outstanding! He’s been here to quickly fix any of our maintenance needs. But also a kind and friendly face and smile in a new city.Sean, has been another star. He’s helped me multiple times with clerical and technical mishaps.The positives to the area: Joe’s Cafe and the Bart station.The downside of the area: not walkable and not the safest outside apartment walls.

Dominique Porras: I've lived here for 3 years now and can proudly say I love it. The maintenance team is fantastic. Lynn is kind and helpful. The turn around time for services is always less than 24 hours. We have a lovely community of people from all backgrounds.
