They had exactly what we needed, I bought their last 2 infinity switches and installed them at their home with a new element and now range elements all heat up and work fantastic. The switches and element were priced well. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I recommend this store for hard to find old appliance parts!

I called the Appliance Parts Company and they told me that the parts were in stock. The person answering the phone was very cordial and knowledgeable. I picked up the parts and installed them and everything fit perfectly. All of the parts were OEM parts for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company.
L R: Excellent customer service, they know their stuff! I came in with a part from my old Maytag washer. The owner greeted me and before I could put it down, he knew what it was and brought me a replacement within a minute. Wow! When I couldn't find the model # of my GE kitchen stove to order a knob, I was told to pull out the broiler drawer and look in that area. I found a label attached to the frame near the floor. We hadn't used the broiler in many years and would never have thought to look there.

I haven't needed another appliance part since, but I have referred everyone who has ever mentioned an appliance to this shop because of the way he runs his business. When you find one of these businesses that are honest and respectful, if you are smart, you never let it go.

He was very knowledge and helpful, he informed me that he could get the original parts the next morning.I was intrigued so I drove to see the store and it reminded me of old school parts stores in England. Our HVAC was set-up just before the labor day heat wave, and the house was kept nice and cool. During install, all surfaces were covered with the protective material, including floor, washing machines, and clothes were covered with plastic to protect from the dust coming off the attic. After the install, the team cleanup the mess. Tony took care of getting building permit with the city and few days later the building inspector signed off the installation. He stayed nearly till midnight and finished the job in a day to ensure we don’t suffer from heat next day. I went back to him in 2019 for installing an AC in my next house. Again an impressive job with his team. And in June 2022 we had an issue with the air conditioning system because of rodents biting off wires. I was totally surprised and delighted. He could just replace the panel and charge a higher cost to me, but he didn’t. He is professional and honest. Highly recommended.

1QTpie: I went to Appliance Parts East to purchase a water pump for my Maytag washing machine. When I got in there, Stan was on the phone with a customer for at least five minutes trying to help him troubleshoot his problem with their appliance. I was really impressed with the level of customer service, and knowledge that Stan had in providing free advice to customers over the phone. The second time I went in there there was a customer in the store, asking Stan, a bunch of questions, and once again, he was giving them advice on things to try to troubleshoot the problem. Stan could easily just be a parts store, where he only sells parts, but he also offers free advice, which is very rare these days to have somebody knowledgeable and give you advice without charging. This is the only appliance store that is open on Sundays. Most appliance stores are open Monday through Friday or Monday through Saturday but he is open on Sundays and it’s really convenient when you’re trying to repair your appliance on a weekend. I will definitely be buying my parts there because I know I will be sold the right part.

I did some research online for what might have gone wrong and what parts I might need.I went to Appliances Parts East and spoke with Stan. Not only did he have the parts I thought I needed, he advised me that I might not need all these parts and what might be the most likely cause of my problem based on the symptoms my washer was exhibiting.I replaced the part Stan recommended and my dryer came back to wonderful life! Eventually, I ended up working with Tyler who was so much friendlier and easier to deal with. At the end of the day, I ended up going with a different company. I wanted Mitsubishi by the end of the month of April but they wouldn't have been able to get it till some time in May. I was not willing to wait. BTW sandium has good prices.

Steven was able to find and correct an honest mistake from a different company that had come out a couple days before, and ultimately got me back up and running.Especially with a little one at home, I was extremely grateful for the thoughtfulness and kindness of these folks, not to mention their high-quality service. And they are consummate professionals and really great people with whom to work. I made the mistake of listening to my GC and using his HVAC vendor pre-renovation to install a Mitsubishi heat pump and they botched the job worse than I could have ever imagined. , Sandium came to my rescue with insights, courtesy, professionalism and empathy - I will not go anywhere but Sandium from now on.

Robert Ingold: Barsin and his crew arrived at scheduled time and went right to work. They laid down ground cloths so they wouldn’t drag in dirt. They pulled out the old furnace and took it away.After everything was installed, Barsin explained everything, including some money saving tips. They made sure everything worked before they left. The job looks good and they complied with the HOA rules on installing the A/C.Thank you guys.
phxperc: Second time I’ve used these guys and I have nothing bad to say. I wish I could give them 11 stars. I called yesterday to see if they could come to my place to look at my AC which was not blowing air as cool as it was previously. My appointment was for 2pm but Barsin called me to ask if he could swing 4 hours earlier which I asked if they could do if they had any cancellations. Within 30 minutes Barsin had my AC much cooler than it was previously due to a low voltage compressor and low Freon. Prior to this, it took 2 hours to cool my home down just 2 degrees. Samy Sayad: Response to my inquiry within 30 min. Hvacerz team suspected a small issue on the phone, came to see the unit same day I made the inquiry. Arrived and diagnosed, reviewed pricing and confirmed to proceed and replaced. All in all it took 30 min and they had the part with them on the truck... Apparently this is a common issue with a part that fails every few years on the Condenser. Pricing was on the lower spectrum of the 3 inquires I made but going forward I would bring HVACERZ back because the response time along with quality of work and that they were genuinelly trying to keep my best interests in mind and not trying to create more work and take up more time. I didn't want to disturb anyone's Christmas so I waited and started calling around the day after Christmas, nobody picked up phone except HVACerz, they helped me quickly scheduled an appt the NEXT DAY. Amit Singh: Very impressed. Quick scheduling and they had same day availability. Our heater has been giving us problems. Heating for 10 minutes and then blowing cold air. Finally found time to call highly rated HVAC companies. They came on time. Found the issue, likely related to a failing control board. Came back today to replace the board. Thorough. He still hasn’t taken payment pending system performance. I have been impressed by them. I will update the review as we figure out if the system needs a newer pressure switch as well. I called and and got someone on the phone to schedule for Monday morning. Communication was easy via cell phone. They kept me up to speed on arrival time throughout the morning. Problem was diagnosed and fixed within 20 min. They also answered all of my questions. I highly recommend you give them a call when in need.
