Nana Being: I really do recommend this spot. They were so nice so welcoming their step-by-step process of talking to someone really is sweet. They make you feel so welcomed and so comfortable to speak your mind plus they gave me a bunch of sonogram pictures of my baby which was so nice so some clinics only give you one picture.

Called in to see if I could get an ultrasound and it was a breeze, receptionist gave me great info and when I showed up for my appointment I was treated wonderfully by the first older lady I met when I went in and receptionist whose names I forgot! The services they provided exceeded my expectations. Nelly was so gentle, attentive and supportive. Lisa who did my ultrasound made me feel so comfortable and gave me good info and preggio pop drops. I felt supported throughout the visit. I got some few items for my little girl and myself. The atmosphere is very welcoming and calming at the same time. Very clean. Every staff member I came across was lovely. I will be coming back for optimal health sessions and more. The US pics were great, and brought us such joy. Thank you to your lovely receptionist. I left this place with a bag of resources and freebies. You guys rock!!!!

ONE star for the staff which never seems to know what is going on in the office and do not know how to explain themselves on the phone, very fustrating and unprofessional. Very dissatisfied, YES true they do help when you have no medical or are transferring medical but other than that I would not choose them.

I starting looking for clinics that would see her most of them wanted money or give me appointment in a couple of weeks . I stumbled upon this little clinic . It’s wasnt too appealing to me BUT LET ME TELL YOU the staff inside this little clinic are amazing . The assistant who administers the vaccines was fast gentle and she explained everything she was going to do before she did anything . The clinic treated my family with respect and I was done less than a hour . I NOW HAVE A APPOINTMENT for her to get a physical next month for my daughter . But this is even more amazing this tiny clinic Aslo Schedule a appointment for the dentist next week .i can’t express how relieved I am now that my baby is up to on her shots and has a dental appointment next week . Thankyou foothill for helping my daughter get the medical appointments that she needs thankyou so much !

Home Maker: I saw dr. Michelle Brown for ob/gyn related issues. She seems so caring, and I think she is one of the better doctors for Bay Area Community Health Center I been with Bach since August 2023. She listens to my concern too. I saw probably at least 7 different doctors under BACH & 90% of BACH's doctors are very bad. Also, it takes forever to get an appt to see specialists under BACH. I am glad I was able to get a sooner appt than late April appt since that appt was booked back in early March 2024.
Sam N: I had an appointment this week with member services and have a follow up next week. I really appreciate how helpful everyone one, especially the lady helping us. There was plenty of seating in the waiting area, the bathroom was clean and the clinic itself was neat & organized with everyone on reception being super helpful.

Natalie Morales: The Dr.'s at this clinic go above and beyond to make sure you're health is as good as it should be. Dr. Samantha Webb and Dr. Teresa Robbins are some of the best Dr.'s that I have ever had and they truly care about your health. Then not to mention Sarah who makes sure all appt. are made and she does a fantastic job at making sure all the Dr.'s needs and their patients needs are kept, she's my lifesaver. And I can't forget Luz, she will make sure you know how to take care of yourself, by eating the right things, taking your meds and if your not sure, she will be there for you. They have the best staff who follows all the CDC rules and safety procedures. I wouldn't leave my Dr. for the world!!

The person checking me in was Alley and she was super friendly and personable as well. Mary, the front desk staff was very welcoming and even embraced me with a prayer before I left. Larissa Burkhart: I’m posting this under a different name because I want anonymity for my medical care, but I just need to say how INCREDIBLE the front staff, nurses, doctors and medical director is at this clinic. I came in for an abortion today and absolutely everyone was so nice, accommodating, reassuring, and made the procedure go by nearly pain free, even without sedation. I didn’t have to wait, every step was explained to me, and I was allowed to make every choice possible, making me feel like I was in total control of the situation despite my massive anxiety. I wanted to hug the doctor after she performed my abortion because she saved my life and provided me with overwhelming relief. Thank you for everything, Planned Parenthood, San Jose Central Healthcare! I can’t express how appreciative I am for everyone that works there.
