Charlie was great! Needed to clear a yard of some old forklifts, pumps, stucco mixers and more.... They were able to haul everything away as well as get the forklifts and some other things of value up and running. The communication and thoroughness was excellent. I highly recommend their services.
Charlie came to our location to check out our forklift, showed me what he discovered, and let me know what he suspected the issues were. He coordinated transportation of the forklift back to their shop for further investigation and offered a rental loaner, if we needed one. We received an estimate in a timely manner. I appreciated the effort made to follow up. Charlie is friendly and professional. I found him to be responsive, communicative, and transparent. I would highly recommend J&C.

John Zhang: Good pricing, professional service, easy communication.Our two forklifts were leaking hydraulic oil. We called J&C and Charlie came to inspect them the next day. He confirmed all the details of the issues, models of the forklifts and ordered the parts. On the third day after we called, Charlie and his co-worker showed up in the morning and fixed the problems in that same day. They explained to us in details how to do the basic maintenance going forward and what to watch out for if problems happen. They even wiped clean the forklifts. We are extremely happy and impressed by their professionalism and the fact they do know their stuff.Five Star review and very happy to call them again if we ever need any repair and service on our forklifts.
