They let me keep the samples for months before i made a decision to buy the floor. and were totally understanding when i had an emergency and offered to keep my 1500 sqft of floor stored with them for an extended period of time when i had a family emergency.They have a VAST selection of flooring and the two brothers who run the place are the most helpful people i have ever seen. Janet M: I had to replace flooring on the entire first floor of my home due to a main drain that backed up. I priced flooring and looked at samples from four different flooring stores. Floor Depot had great pricing, nice flooring products and down to earth, friendly and nice service. I worked with George and he was very responsive to my sense of urgency since the replacement was unexpected, I was renting the space out and I live in an unusual mountain area. The product came in on time and the flooring installation by Remodel Masters was excellent. The workmanship of the installation was top notch. The installers took the time and effort to do an excellent quality job. My home has many angles. I worked with the installers to make sure they used the paint I had kept from the original baseboards from a remodel 10 years ago. The baseboards look fantastic and my floor is absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend Floor Depot and their installation team, Remodel Masters.
Pallab D: Ok... about 250sft of living room floor was damaged due to a freaky water leak. The logical path forward was to replace 1200sft of lamintes as this one continuous flooring covering living, dining, kitchen, family, laundry and vanity. Here's where Michael came to the rescue! He researched the original flooring laid about 10 yrs ago... and I kid you not, found exactly the same laminates! Phew! Delivery happened in 3 days and we were off to the races. Now contrast this with 3 other stores I had visited prior. Each one took a look at the sample and offered close matches, but NO ONE bothered to research and spend time to find the original manufacturer just based on some codes and holograms barely visible on rear of the laminate surface! This is going ABOVE AND BEYOND! I would recommend Michael and the Floor Depot in a heart beat.

Danae Khorasani: My husband and I are so happy we went with Roy's Woodcraft Flooring! He installed the most beautiful red oak hardwood floors in the upper level of our house with main entry. We recently purchased an older home with oak floors that are extremely difficult to match, but somehow Roy pulled it off and you cannot tell where the old floors end and the new floors begin. Every other contractor or construction worker that has come through the house has been impressed with his work and asked for his contact information.I cannot say enough good things about the floors and Roy's professionalism and honest candor. We've had some bad experiences with contractors working on our house, but not with Roy. I'm convinced Roy's Woodcraft and Flooring is the best in the Bay Area, if not California, and I wouldn't let anyone else touch our floors after this. JR McKee: Had Roy's remove some termite damaged hardwood and fill in a heater air supply in the floor. Blown away with how fast and competent his crew were, finishing in 3-4 hours what I was certain would be a few days work. They were able to remove termite damaged hardwood strips, install new strips and match the flooring color and gloss as if the damage were never there. Fair price, responsive follow up and quality work.Will refer hardwood floor repairs to them in the future....very impressed and satisfied.

Alexis Meehan: Mitch removed the ugly ceramic tile in the entry way and installed hardwood flooring that needed to blend in with the living room hardwood floor as well as the floor in the hallway. He also had to patch a rectangle where the stone fireplace hearth had been removed. It looks great. Completely seamless. You could never tell there was anything but hardwood flowing from the entryway to the living room to the hallway. Mitch knows his stuff. He's professional, dependable, and conscientious. Jimmy Shoven: We came across Mitch when installing new vinyl flooring throughout our entire house. Mitch installed over 2600 feet in a week and it looks perfect. He has a great attention to detail and comes up with creative fixes when things get tricky due to layout or home design. We had some uneven floors, walls that were not completely straight, and some very high transitions to tile bathrooms... Mitch figured them all out!We thought his work was so good, we ended up hiring him to stain our wood staircase to "Match" the vinyl flooring. Mitch will be the first to tell you that it is impossible to perfectly "Match" stain with prefabricated vinyl, but let me tell you, you would be hard pressed to see the difference in color when he was done. He also stained our wood HVAC floor vents to match.All in all, a great floor installer and someone I wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend to others.
