Inchara Raveendra: They accommodated our request and let us complete biometrics which was originally scheduled at a different center and in the following week. The whole process from checkin to finish took about 10m for the two of us.

srinivas ankem: Whole experience was nice with the woman at the door letting applicants in after checking their documents. I was allowed to go before my actual appointment date after mentioning my reasons...Pretty bing space internally and had my biometrics taken care of pretty quickly...If you are near a VTA station save yourself a drive and take the train, center is pretty close to the station

Andreas Fichter: I came to this field office for my citizenship interview. The USCIS officer conducting my interview was very welcoming, friendly, helpful and efficient. I was done within 40 minutes of my scheduled interview time.Unfortunately the staff at the front and security is a bit less friendly and welcoming. But as long as you make sure you have your appointment letter + ID ready when you get there and give them straight answers to their questions you should be fine.

Ngan Nguyen: , call the number on the interview notice. A representative will send the request over to the local office. You'll get a confirmation email saying they'll honor your request to change the appointment. This means you don't have to go to the interview anymore. They might not schedule you a new interview date until the original one has passed so if this is the case, you can even attend the original interview date if you can make it.
