Marla Z: I stopped by here for a quick breakfast with my mom and sister, and we absolutely loved the freshly made tortillas. I was hoping to enjoy a smoothie and some horchata, but they didn't have any, which was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, I'm excited to return and explore their lunch and dinner menus. The barro plates and cups they served the food on were simply charming!
josefina R: and the young woman slapped her hand and the lady scolded and scolded the young woman. LADY, DIRTY CLOTHES ARE WASHED AT HOME. I looked at his attitude. apologiesParking: there is not much parking

Maria Medina: Lack of Hygiene, little responsibility of Mrs. Rosie towards her work and the clients.WOULD TRANSLATE IN ENGLISH AS WELLThe food is very good!!!but the Waitress ROSIE, , collects the chips from the tables that are left from customers and returns them back to the chip tray. Disgusting. We were having breakfast, an elderly couple next to us, the lady was coughing, there were chips on the table and Rosie returned them to the chip tray. Of the chips that remain on the tables that had already been served, she distributes them again

Tania Segovia: Order: Fajitas Trio, Camarones Crema, Asada Arrachera, Filete de PescadoDrinks: Coco mojitos, MicheladasThe fajitas are with steak, chicken, and shrimp. All meat was tender and juicy and flavorful. The serving size was huge and came with rice and beans. I had leftovers and enjoyed it as dinner as well. The coco mojito was actually better than I thought it would be. My coworker loves Micheladas, and she states they are on her top list here. I don't like beer, tomatoe juice, or chilly, so I personally would not know.We visited for a dual birthday lunch outing. It was a really busy lunchtime.Plates included the option of red, green, or white rice and handmade tortillas. If you like Cilantro, you will love the green rice. It was really good, and I wanted more, but was too full to ask.I always appreciate handmade tortillas. You can really taste the difference and the freshness of them.I would like to try some of their seafood options, but a lot of things are spicy here. But, if spicy levels are a concern for you as they are for me, the menu item is marked if spicy. Makes choosing easier.I definitely know we will be back again for another co-worker lunch 😃 😊

Steve Hansen: Local, family run business, nestled in the corner of a neighborhood strip mall. Food is fresh and tasty.
Shareece Davis: Rita has cooked for this area for over 40 years! Rain or shine, through the hills and valleys of life, she has shared her gift of cooking as a ministry. I believe her food feeds my tummy and my soul! And to boot it doesn't break the bank!!!Muchas gracias a Dios para Rita y la comida en este restaurante. Y para su hijo y todos.Adios y buenos anos neuvos para el tiempo tenemos a Dios.
Chris Rodriguez: Didn’t know this restaurant was here. I tried the breakfast burrito chorizo con huevo. It tasted delicious, perfect size and only $7!!
Brian Salisbury: I read one review here with a person saying the food here was tasteless. They are probably used to the overly salty Burrito Factory stuff. The Chile Verde here at Playitas is amazing. I have lived in San Jose since the 70's and grandmas ChilI Verde here is the best. But i like everything on the menu. Not many traditional small mexican resteraunts left in San Jose anymore. There used be so many everywhere.
