    The food wasn't fresh at all. I guess the kebabs were made out of rubber than meat! I couldn't eat them.

    Driver came to close my home but returned to restaurant without delivery. I guess driver forgot the food or gave my food to someone else. When he came back again, it was more than 60min late. AND, I did not get the food! I checked everywhere but no food! Terrible experience.

    One of the sauces container was open and it spilled everywhere. Food was also very dry

    Overall experience was fine. Few problems - 1) pricing was high. If I had a car and time, I'd drive to the restaurant myself and pay approx 2 to 5 $ less on every item. 2) The restaurant is 5 min from my home. The driver seemed to have picked up the order at around 12:40 but drove in the opposite direction, came back and delivered at 12:58. It was within the ETA, but made no sense why he couldn't have dropped off my order first. 3) Driver location is so bad. Doesn't update accurately. I end up refreshing the app to get updated location. 4) The option to drop a pin is preferable.

    Driver was instructed to call upon arrival. He didn't do that, he rang the doorbell and handed the food to the wrong address instead. At that time, delivery was already 50 minutes late. I had no notice from GrubHub or the driver that the order would be late. I specified no mayo on the food (egg allergy, but why are you putting mayo on gyros anyway?!?!), there was mayo slathered all over the pita. Will not order again from this place.

    I've only had the gyros and falafel, but think they're great. Everything tastes good, is wrapped well and looks nice.

We ordered a cauliflower Buffalo wings along with grilled veggies for the appetizers and chicken shawarma and chicken kebab plate for the main course. The food was amazing. The atmosphere was nice. There are a few TVs playing sports , so I'm guessing it would be a fun place to catch a game night with friends... service was great too with a very friendly staff. Overall, it was a good experience.     Marty: Love this place! Simple fast casual which is relatively healthy. I don't know why I didn't try this earlier. They are one of the best fast casual middle eastern chains in the bay area. The quality of everything is so good and fresh. This is a good blend of middle eastern foods and the dishes with different combinations is good variety. Please keep up the great work and I really hope you expand more and stay the same with quality and prices.

    P G: SAJJ is simple and tasty. We had their Chicken Shawarma bowl, which comes with a side of lentil soup. Everything was yummy. Good options and varieties to fill the bowl. I have visited multiple locations of this food chain and always found good service.Vegetarian options: Falafel option.
