Bruce S.: I've used this service several times including this morning and I really appreciate what they do. It's really well organized and it's really easy to do if you read and follow the instructions which include make an appointment online, on the day of your appointment put your items in a box and then in the trunk of your vehicle, check in, open your trunk, drive forward until told to stop. The employees will remove the items and that's it. I've been to both Sunnyvale and Mountain View and the employees have always been really nice!
