Canli Mertz: Every time I rent from Enterprise it鈥檚 easy to maneuver through their system, especially if you use their app to your advantage. Put in your info ahead of time and you don鈥檛 wait in their line to then wait in another line to get your car. I like that! Their selection of cars is good. I like the SUV crossovers and each location I鈥檝e rented from they鈥檝e had decent cars to choose from. I鈥檓 prefer cars in familiar with so I can hook up my phone and go and know where all the buttons are and what they mean. It makes my trip more enjoyable. I also like the fact that you can rent in one place and drop in another. I do it all the time and it makes for fun roadtrips.
Roger Partolan: Had a rental picked up in another city that we swapped out for another vehicle. Needed a bit larger one. Didn't call in advance or have an appointment. Not a problem!Bryce was our point man and helped us out. He was extremely courteous, understanding and professional.Additionally Isabel Christian helped us to select another vehicle and also provided exemplary customer service.Both are excellent employees. Please recognize and commend them.
Joseph McAdory: Was in car within 5 minutes of arriving. Out of car within three minutes of returning. That's ideal. San Jose folks are outstanding.
Tammira Philippe: I had a great rental experience here. Clean car, easy pickup and return. Friendly service. I forgot my AirPods and can see that theyare still inside my rental. I have reported it but there is no way to reach anyone at the location. I sure hope the great service extends to finding and returning them to me.P.S. I got my AirPods plus the charger that I did not even know I left back in Houston today. Thanks so much for finding and returning them! Great service!
