Vincent Laughton: Went to the site to pay my bill. It won’t remember my routing number or my credit card and makes me enter 17 friggin numbers and complete address just for starters every month. Who is the bonehead that does the IT? Is it that difficult to retain? I’m told it might be just when accessing by mobile, but doesn’t everybody? Makes it extremely inconvenient. Everyone else has it. I don’t always happen to have my bank numbers or credit card numbers with me to regurgitate. I’ll have to do the process over again when I have time every month. I’ll pay it someday next week when I get out my card numbers or checkbook etc. Other than that, great service!

Jason Dollens: Spoke with Multiple supply houses this morning. Jesus in inside sales gave me a good price after understanding we did not have an account. I appreciate the integrity and not trying to take advantage of non-account holders. He also explained the no-returns on circuit breakers policy. Who could blame them for that! The Counter team is very helpful as well.
Adrien Cedillo: Aaron and Doug have been great to work with. In our field material is key. Aaron has been able to deliver any request even last minute. He’s always available, response is quick and his knowledge of material is what we need. He doesn’t play games about material orders or forgets but is a man of his word. They’ve been great! Rich Lee: Outstanding! It's sad that Service is not what it used to be. However, the people at this company really understand the concept and apply it. I had a very strange failure of a 30-year-old 200amp circuit breaker that no one else could figure out what it was or where to look for one. Jarritt at the San Jose location was the only one out of at least 10 suppliers that asked the right questions, asked to be sent images of what I had and came up with exactly what I needed that arrived on my doorstep in 48 hours.

Daniel Levitz: Buckles-Smith has been our go to shop for many years now. Fast, friendly service and competitive pricing go a long way in todays business world and when you need product on the job site, I can always count on Bill and Doug to take care of us. The only reason they got 4 instead of 5 stars is because they don't go far enough North and I have to buy some of my materials from Grovers. Can't be perfect I guess.
