Keerthana Ballal: I would totally recommend Black diamonds for your backyard renovations, Especially JEREMY and his crew at that.Jeremy was the POC for this. He accommodated every small request of ours. He not just incorporated our ideas, but advised us on many things where we could reduce the cost.We had about 70 cubic yards of dirt removed. Plenty of trees and drought resistant plants planted along with adding pavers both in the backyard and in the front yard. We also had the vegetable beds built. Had some old trees moved, and new planted.His crew even helped with adding a play structure and building the swing. Also , accommodated plenty of my requests on the fly without adding them to the cost.They were extremely professional. They had to break the fence to get in .They closed the fence every single evening.Very punctual. Closed the work as promised on time and in the budget . Can't find any faults in the work that they have done.It has been an absolute pleasure working with him . Every single request of ours had been taken care of.If I were to do it all again, I would definitely pick Jeremy again!!

This is not only based on their Yelp review but also on how we appreciate the project manager understanding of our need.Due to our house remodeling, we had to delay the start of the paving project for 3 months. The start date came and went but we didn't hear back from Black Diamond. It turned out that our project manager left the company. We got a new project manager assigned, Jeremy. Jeremy contacted us right away to get our project started. He is very responsive to our need and can be contacted via phone, email, or text. Taking over someone's else project is always a challenge but Jeremy was able to work with us to get everything on track.Our foreman was David. The crew was very professional and work very hard. Our project was delayed here and there due to the rain last winter, but it was still completed in reasonable time. The crew did a great job and cleaned up very nicely every day. They were respectful of our yard as well as the neighborhood. The driveway and the yard just look beautiful. We got many compliments from our neighbors.Jeremy has good knowledge of plants that would thrive locally. We appreciate it very much since we recently moved here from another state. He helped us pick out plants for our new planting area and deliver them to our house too.We like working with Black Diamond and Jeremy very much and are looking forward to working with them later this year to transform our backyard too.

It’s been such a pleasure working with Jim that I can’t recommend him enough. We are fairly nit-picky on the quality of work done at our house. Best thing was that we felt at ease sharing our concerns with Jim because he would not just dismiss them but listens and then takes appropriate steps. This could mean an extra charge for something we wanted to change but so far it’s always been a fair ask. We still have a few more landscaping projects and we won’t hesitate to contact Jim again to work with him.
