Tianqi Tan: .Trieu is very experienced in solving clogging issue for multi story townhouse. He's got so many advanced tools and he was able to do hydro jetting from basement. The special nozzle he used for this jetting did not cause any mess in the kitchen. The overall process only took 1 hour. Trieu really delivered his work with quality and speed. Also Trieu charged a very reasonable price.I will definitely recommend Trieu to everyone that needs plumbing service!

Toanven: Trieu is the best in the Business!!! Before our snow trip, I our water heater leak and I was in a panic because we might have to delay our trip or cancel in order to get it fixed. I called Trieu at 12am, yes 12 am and he still picks up the phone and was providing me directions and help me diagnose the problem. He told me he can come first thing tomorrow, get a new tank for me and install everything within 3hrs. The next day he showed up at 8am and went right to work. I noticed he didnt just swap out the tank, but instead changed my whole top water lines as they were corroded. I mean this guy knows his stuff and got everything ready so he doesnt waste time running back and forth. After 3hrs, everything was fixed and he also waited to check for leakage which it didnt leak before he leave. I really appreciate his thorough inspection and quality of work. Nowadays, its hard to find someone who is honest and professional, but Trieu is the guy. If you have plumbing needs or need to change water heater like me, call him, you wont be disappointed. Also because of his fast response that day, I was still able to make it to my snow trip so Thank you so much Trieu!!!
Janna Grigorieva: Trieu was great. He replied quickly to my quote request and his prices are very fair. He was right on time and respectful of our home, even tho it's a chaotic mess these days. He fixed the leaky toilet and showed me what the issue was. He also showed me that the bathroom sink issues I assumed we had were, in fact, other issues. Since we rent, I have to contact the owners before making the suggested replacements on this over-30-year-old property, but I'll be booking Trieu for those repairs/installments.
Toan Nguyen: My kitchen sink got clogged yesterday and I tried to unclog it as I did many times before but it didn’t work this time. My wife called “Drain Assist” and Trieu showed up in 20’ later. Trieu look at everything and tried to find out where it got clogged. He tried the easy way first by using his professional air gun to push down the clog from the sink. but it didn’t work. He checked clean out and couldn’t find the clog there and he suspected that the clog is in the horizontal pipe that connects the P-trap and the big vertical pipe in the wall.He is right. As he un-assembled the kitchen pipe connectors and don’t see much clog in the P-trap but the horizontal pipe totally blocked the water flow w/ grease/food traps over the years. He use big snake tool to pull/push to clean the inside of the pipe. I could see how tough the clog was, but he has all the professional tool to do the job. He also ran the hot water to clean the grease inside the pipe to make sure it clean well.After that, he assembled all plumbing back then tested the water flow and checked for any leaks.Trieu works w/ his heart and tries to bring the best outcome for his customer. You can’t be wrong to call him to help when in need at your house or your business. I will call him again if I need help in the future.Drain Assist is AAA+++ service w/ affordable price.

Nhan Phan: . About 2 hours into trying to fix it myself, I know I don’t have the right tools so I gave up.I called a couple of vendors and due to availability or price point things did not work out. I called Drain Assist and got an answer right away. Chieu, the owner, said he can be over in 45 minutes. On the dot he was at our door 45 minutes later. He quickly got up to speed on the issue and get right to work. He used the similar snake tool but waaay longer to try to fixed it. It kind of work since the water starts to drain a little faster but not Draining as fast as we would have hoped.He suggested to do a more expensive option of jetting the pipe with a powerful machine that he has and after about an hour it was done. He pulled out about 2 pounds of fossilized grease and gunk that could really break some bones with. I was amazed that something that big has been staying in our pipes and it was still working for that long. He ended up replacing my broken sink valves as well. After about 2 hours, our sink was better than before. Water just disappeared down the drain.He gave some tips on regular maintenance so we don’t have this issue in the future as well, which was very nice. I guess we need to pay more attention to our stuff and don’t assume things just disappeared down the drain without consequences.Highly recommended Drain Assist to all my friends and family.

He is professional and efficient through all stages of repair, including describing in detail what needs to be done to fix the problem, why it should be done that way, and how much it will cost. I called $15 Sewer/Drain and was able to get an appointment the next day. They showed up on time, as promised, and they were SO great! They could definitely smell the bad smell and they went under the house and were able to quickly identify a huge leak under the kitchen area. Plus a very large puddle that’s been growing for months. Gross, I know!! I’ve got the video of the leak - pretty impressive.It took 3 guys to replace a pipe that had been poorly installed by a different plumber.

Sandra C: Fidel Gomez and the Gomez Sewer & Drain business are amazing! They are incredibly communicative and respectful of their cutomers' time. For example, on each visit, Fidel texted to let me know exactly what time he would be arriving. The first time he came to install a new bathroom faucet, Fidel took one look at the faucet set I had purchased ahead of time and recommended that I order a different, more reputable brand that would provide better quality and durability. This was an honest recommendation with no financial benefit to him, since I would be purchasing it separately on my own, not via him nor his business. Fidel helped me search online for an appropriate, high quality replacement faucet and did not charge for this initial visit. Instead, he checked in after the visit to see if the new faucet had arrived yet and once it did, he scheduled a return appointment that was convenient for *my* schedule. The work he did to replace not only the faucet, but also new flush valves for my toilet was suberb. He took extra care to keep the bathroom clean and free of debris, making sure to clean up after himself. And during each of his visits, he was pleasant, efficient, and professional.I cannot recommend Gomez Sewer & Drain enough. A++++++ !!!

Tony came to my house after giving me a one hour minimum estimate, but then found that my garbage disposal drain pipe leak was due to the disposal exit pipe being too short for a good quality fix. He gave me an estimate for replacing the drain pipes and an appointment time for the next day. He showed up promptly and did the repairs with fewer parts than he had estimated. He then lowered his bid price accordingly. He tested the repairs thoroughly. He said I should call him back if any leaks appeared in the next few months. Great service, great customer orientation. All this from a plumber!!! Needless to say, this was a standout experience.
BTW, "Tony" is his American handle, but his real name is Loi and his country of origin is Vietnam. Loi is one of the many Vietnamese business people I have found around San Jose whose work ethic is fabulous and who charge very reasonably prices.

Miranda Qian: Loi was incredibly helpful. He helped us replace our water heater, install a new RO system, and add a water softener. He's extremely responsive, answering questions quickly. Not only is he professional and experienced, but he also found the most efficient and convenient way to install both systems. He and his brother worked efficiently, completing the installation of all three systems within just a few hours. They also left the workspace clean and tidy. On top of that, his quote was very reasonable compared to other contractors. I would highly recommenfd Lucky plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Brian Harrington: no sewer cleanout exposed on the property; It was covered up by dirt and concrete! Loi and his team came out and assessed the job the same day I contacted him, he got all the permits right away, and finished the job in 3 days, cutting out the concrete and installing a nice new cleanout near the sidewalk.I also had him install our whole-house water filter into the shed I put up. They even went and anchored the shed to the house, added support inside to hold the tanks, and managed to work around the web of piping that existed around the main water line.

Gregory Dibb: I needed my septic tank completely pumped out so I could start getting rid of it. I called a couple of different places and Able had the best price, but they charge extra if it takes them longer than half an hour. Well they came and did a fabulous job. Very helpful, very thorough--helped dig around the tank, etc. The only problem is it took them 1.5 hours, which ended up costing me quite a bit more than the original quote. For me 5 star service would mean that before working that extra time and going that extra mile they ask me. I might have said yes because they did do a good job, but I might have been okay after just 30 mins.So my advice to company is: ask the customer if they prefer the extra work/cleaning or if they prefer to rush and stay under 30 mins. my advice to customer: be clear you expect the job to be done in 30 mins, so they aren't extra helpful and then charge you for it.

Robert Garcia did a wonderful job the first time and had to come today to do it again. It seems the issue is the main pipes under the house the park is responsible for. But, Robert got it all cleaned out again and hopefully it won’t happen again. He’s really good at what he does!

Marilynn goldberg: Adrian originally came out to deal with two separate issues. A leaking hose in one toilet and a less obvious leaking toilet on a second floor that has caused some water damage on the first floor ceiling He diagnosed both and repaired. Less than an week later, one of the toilets started malfunctioning again,. Rayne courteously sent him back out to repair the issue at no additional cost. I consider that excellent customer service. Adrian was very pleasant and courteous. Would recommend and will use again.

Marley Dickson: We had a pretty bad clog in our shower drain that we couldn’t take care of with at home methods. I gave Mr. Rooter a call and they scheduled someone to come out the next day. They communicated their exact arrival time with me, which was nice. Brian arrived right on time and was very friendly and efficient, he was able to clear the clog in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely use this company in the future!
