The Salvation Army Thrift Store & Donation Center: what do users think?

Taison Williams: I was able to find products for my home and lifestyle at super cheap prices. I had a hard time finding sizes as they organized by color instead. They almost have everything and lots and lots of kitchen and dishware

Neddie Barnett: I dropped off a few items for donation and a cheerful very helpful employee greeted and thanked me. I decided to go in and see what they had. All staff members were upbeat and friendly. I ended up finding quite a few items. They have great prices and 50% off on a color tag of the week. I was most impressed with the employees who are all doing a great job. I will always stop here now when I’m in the area.

Apryl Chiem: Way better prices than goodwill and savers. They price it based on the product category. For example shorts are $3.99 and skirts are $5.99. They usually have a specific color tag that is 50%. Really good stuff and the store is pretty organized. The workers are constantly bringing out new stuff.

Jessan Hutchison-Quillian: Marcus who runs the donation center was very kind and encouraging even when I hadn't understood what is and is not accepted. Will definitely be donating here again!

Belinda Lopez: Found some nice pieces

Lydia Graf: Great variety and the employees are wonderful people

Lou Jay Mad: Great Place, though a bit small. More things for Women then Men. Great Staff. No bathroom here. Use Target if you have to 2 min away. Wait for the sale usually the end of the Month.

Salvador Valenzuela: Great place to shop for clothes, appliances and home decor. The staff is friendly and super helpful. Definitely my go to place to shop and the prices are incredible.

Chrissie Teo: There very helpful and very polite when making donations. They help unload your vehicle of the donations. They offer you a receipt

Annamarie Flores: Love this place. The donation center staff who helped out me today are super friendly and have great energy.

Liz K: Great selection of clothing, furniture, books, dvds, and even records. The tall caucasian cashier up front definitely needs to work on his customer service. Yelling across the store to customers with attitude is not the way to go.

Goodwill of Silicon Valley: what do users think?

Raquel Ramos: Great Goodwill. They always have nice up to date stufff.

Joanna Vii: Goodwill is a place which has donation points and a store for variety of items. It is easy to donate items at donation points for people. The service is excellent at the store and store crew was kind hearted. The store is a great place to buy variety of products too. The sold items are in great condition and the prices are affordable even for luxury products and all items are well organized and I love the detailing on the walls with short phrases in wall decoration. Thoughtful design! The clothes are easy to find as they are categorized for purpose.Electronics such as microwave ovens and other kitchen electronics, decoration and other items are such as glasses and mugs had their own aisle.Even furniture and art had own section at the store. Goodwill stores have also some new items available. As a designer Goodwill stores locally provide many things for interior and exterior designer to work with and gave a lot of new design ideas! Thanks for an amazing experience and thanks to your amazing kind hearted crew! With Love,Joanna

Sarah Gaffney: Small and well-organized. The Loft upstairs has a great selection of higher-end brands. Great store with a nice staff.

john STETAK: Lots of great stuff. You never know what they will or won't have when you visit.

KENNY OLSON: Staff helpful. Polite

Black Cat Rants & Reviews (Review Kitty): Love the upstairs boutique.

HopeTHRIFT: what do users think?

joel alarcon Gonzalez: Really big and clean store!

Gaby Velarde: this place has a good variety of items. i usually buy glass crystal items, tupperware/dishes and kid books. there vinyl collection there is good but a little expensive for me. I use to love that they had 50% one color tag a week but now they went to 25% off a different color a day. i ise to go here weekly to do a little resale shopping but i doubt i will be going on a weekly basis now due to % change. just not worth it anymore if it goes back to 50% off then ill go bavk weekly but u til then i will just got to savers or good will outlet in salinas.

Donny Boon: Clean and organized. Everything seems upscale for a thrift store.

brian keat: Good size, great selection

Savers: what do users think?

Martin Reinders: Good selection, great prices, nice people!

Raquel Castro: Excellent place to buy. Several new pieces, still with store tags.Lots of beautiful things. I loved meeting you. When I was looking at the pieces, an employee told me that that day women's clothes were 30% off👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼. it was a shopping party 😁

Linda Ligons-West: I love thrifting and this location is one of my favorites however the pricing is a bit higher than you'd expect especially for the unbranded items.

TheJoanneirene: who I believe are managers are always super friendly, welcoming and helpful.I have noticed in the last year that pricing specifically for shoes and clothing has shot up.

Yuri Fons: Good clothes but didn't find anything that was appealing enough and the line was way too long to wait in

Saprina Johnson: Great customer service and selections, manager had to help me out and was sweet.

denisekindacrafty o: Some of the items are expensive

PM HELD: I love this Savers! People STOP DONATING BROKEN, NON WORKING ITEMS, and UNWEARABLE CLOTHING. = Wasting customer and staff energy and Money!

Martin Schlenker: Great store. Great place to make a donation of a wide range of items.

Como cuando?: The truth is, I like how they serve me, they are very friendly and they do help when you have questions, thank you all and they are a good team in savers.!! 👍🏻👍 🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Mason Alvarez: Wish they had more places like this. This place is a gem! Great clothes, paintings, speakers, pots, pans, books, some video games even, literally a lot of stuff. New stuff everyday

Black Cat Rants & Reviews (Review Kitty): Always a crazy time at Savers! Crazy in a good way. Savers now has Self-Checkout regular sters upfront now so you can scan all your items on your own without waiting. It's super cool and super fast! 👍

Miss Mia Lynn: THE BEST FINDS!!! I love when I find complete LEGO sets.

Rev Trella Davis: So easy to donate and then they give u 20% off coupon to shop. Easy to be eco and save money. Create a member account and get points to discount purchases and there’s a Senior discount one day of the week. Really large place with a flood of donations at the front every time I have come so always “new” items. Check the Color Tag of the Day for 50% off.I’ve gotten all kinds of great things. And donated a ton of stuff.- - And weirdly like most thrift shops, they price glassware, MORE expensive than Dollar store or IKEA, which I don’t understand. - -You will find great deals while helping the Earth, but still need to pull up Amazon app to check price sometimes.

M: . I wanted to make a separate review but website would not let me but i would like to say yvonne and Jennifer are an asset to this company. Jennifer was so kind and helpful when i needed help yesterday. Does her job with a smile thanks jennifer! And yvonne has helped me more times and has the knowledge in any situation and she handles stressful situations with a smile and kindness. Thanks yvonne! You both help make shopping at savers a wonderful experience i love this store. It is a fun place to shop i hope their owner know how good their employees are at their job. They did a great job of hiring the right people and prices are good too.

Keila Acosta Bolivar: I love the place, it is always tidy and very clean, you can pay yourself very easily and quickly.

Thrift Box: what do users think?

Diane Nikfar: Nice quality and selection of new and gently used clothing, housewares, lovely china and glassware. I enjoy shopping here!

Kat D: Love to stop by this well organized store. Yes prices are a bit high for a thrift store but they carry only quality items and proceeds go to a good cause - children's hospital fund. The volunteers here are always amazing!

Kim Somerfield: If you haven't been here yet. This is a real GEM! The ladies inside are such lovely people. The prices are great. The selection is real nice. It's so clean. Linda York: The Thrift Box is a Willow Glen hidden gem! It’s a perfect place to shop for Christmas decorations in particular. I am always looking for new pieces to add to my Christmas village collection, and they start putting these pieces out in the early fall. The staff is friendly and super helpful answering questions and helping to look for items that you have on your list. It’s just a fun experience! They literally have everything from clothing, to children’s toys, books, records, and art. I would suggest making this part of your weekly routine!

Michelle Compton: Wonderful employees/volunteers, always clean, well kept, amazing deals on everything from Instapots, clothing, decor. I love coming here and seeing all the new items out each week. And they give all proceeds to Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital. ❤️

Margaret Munoz: Very nice place to shop and everyone is so friendly too

Stuart O'Brien: I almost don't want to talk about Thrift Box as I want to keep it a secret. I find the highest quality items at fair prices almost every time I go in to browse. Simon Satherly: Store and service are very good.

Hope Services: what do users think?

Fedel Sanchez: This is a fantastic organization that helps and supports our citizens with developmental differ-abilities. From toddlers to seniors Hope provides support, training and visibility to our disabled community. They have Hope Thrift which accepts and sells used goods to provide additional support for programs and much needed services to encourage independence and self confidence

Tengo Miedo: Keep supporting this cause, it is for the good of all those in need.

Kathryn Dudley: and I want to do whatever I can to help this organization. During my undergrad at CSUMB, I did service hours with them and I really admire how dedicated the staff is to helping those with disabilities. I especially love their job placement program where individuals get actual training so they are prepared for their job placements. If you are looking to volunteer, donate, etc. go to Hope Services. They are seriously a team of angels.

Christina Brick: I Like Hope Services.

Sheryl Mezinis: Friendly and helpful

R Qvo: Great place to donate for helping people
