M S: took a day to find my way around for jury duty, a lot of patience for waiting and listening in a world apart, learned a few things about law, justice, and my city tax dollar use, wish there were more secured bike parking near the building, not my day dream place, but staff was largely helpful, thanks.

Cisco L: We accompanied my relatives for their adoption hearing, which was emotional. The presiding judge was friendly, funny and caring. We even took pictures afterwards...some of them were hilarious! It was refreshing to see a judge with a sense of humor. Not that I have any experience inside a court room.The bailiff was kind and helpful too. Also, they had toys for the kids to choose from, which was a nice thought to remember their special day!

Tina Howard: This is my first time I have ever been called to be a possible juror and let me tell you the experience was very educational and pleasant!!! we were told what to expect every step of the way. Thanked numerous times for our service and acknowledged that it was a time sacrifice.I don’t like the limited parking and that should be improved on immediately as I don’t think that you should have to pay for parking.I may have been more open to the experience because my company will pay me regular pay for up to two weeks so I was absolutely willing to be selected.I do want to commend Judge Folan for doing an exceptional job of explaining the process and inviting us back to learn more about the court process.I was very intrigued and would love to know why the lawyers ask the questions they do during the selection process.What do they do to prep for the trial, how long does it take, do they look at no verbal communication from potential jurors.I also think it would be interesting to know what a judge does to prepare for the trial.So I may be back to see what happens next. 😊Over all an awesome experience and I look forward to my next opportunity to serve and hope my company will continue to pay for up to two weeks of jury duty because that relieves any monetary concerns.Thank You ALL!!!

Chul Lee: Not sure about phone calls since i haven't tried calling them but this review is about my walk-in to the Clerk's office.It was a big surprise how short the line was as well as how friendly the cashier was since I've always had a horrible experience coming to any courthouse. I got here around 8:30am and roughly waited around 10-15 mins. Fairly short compared to the 45mins - an hour waiting time at other courts. I was pleased with my overall experience.
