Any person regardless of age, cultural background, or income, believed to have a developmental disability is encouraged to apply for services.

The Service Coordinator works in partnership with the consumer and/or family to plan for the needs of the consumer.

4worldlovers: Evergreen ADC was established on May 1, 1979 by its founder Deanna Lubrin Corpuz. It is a Department of Social Services licensed facility and vendorized by the Department of Developmental Services. EADC serves individuals 18 and above with Intellectual Disabilities and related conditions.

Evergreen ADC aims to provide training programs that will increase participants' skills to their highest potential. The focus of training is Home and Community Based services; these skills will be achieved through a well designed Person Centered Service plan.

Evergreen ADC is nestled on a 4.1 acre of land located in South Central San Jose. This location provides ample space for participants to enjoy outdoor activities of their choice: volleyball, basketball, paved dancing area for celebrations, and other activities: garden and nipa huts for natures' watch and walks, picnic and BBQ areas. Evergreen ADC serves individuals who are elderly, participants needing Sensory Stimulation, Behavioral Intervention Program, and High Functioning individuals preparing to enter employment opportunities in the community.
