Diep Le: Nordstrom had fashion event about 2 weeks ago, I wasn't invited but the manager on 2nd floor was nice enough to bring me food n wine.Excellent customers service. Not because she gave me foods, but very courteous, made customer feels appreciated to come back n spend more $$$$. Words of mouth advertise is much more effective than media, magazines ads. M2C.

Mary N.: They're known for their service, and rightfully so. From jeans for a picky nine year old to an MOG gown, they have it all. Yes, the designer pieces are expensive, but there are other lines that aren't, and even the designer stuff goes on sale. The staff in cosmetics usually know their product line, and are helpful.

It's in a pretty shady neighborhood so make sure you are aware of your surroundings and lock your car, but I love a good discount and they have great stuff sometimes... Update, March 2024... It's still in the shady neighborhood but it's still a fun store. Just be careful of all the homeless drug addicts in the parking lot.

The fitting rooms are dirty, and they removed the benches/chairs. There is no spot to set your personal belongings. The hooks are broken, and some of the locks on the doors don't work.
